Minimum spend of PHP 5,000.00 net single-receipt transaction is required.

a. This promo is valid at Gloria Maris Shark’s Fin Restaurant–Greenhills Shopping Center for dine-in customers and available for the following schedules.

From Mondays to Fridays

• Lunch: from 10:30am to 2:00pm and

• Dinner: from 5:30pm to 8:30pm only

b. Discount is applied for a minimum required single-receipt spend of PHP 5,000 on total food bill only.

c. Drinks/Beverages/Take-out/ and other fees/charges are excluded in the computation of minimum spend.

d. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.

e. Promo is valid for ala carte orders only.

f. Cardholders are allowed to avail the promo twice per day (1 lunch and 1 dinner) only. Poon Choi and Alaskan Crab are excluded from the promo.

g. Promo applies to one cardholder, per table, per visit only. Discount is applicable to one (1) qualified card per transaction, per cardholder. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.

h. Advance reservation is required.

i. All paid orders are considered final. Cancellations and refund requests will not be entertained.

j. Gloria Maris Shark’s Fin Restaurant–Greenhills reserves the right to refuse redemption of the discount by the cardholder if the cardholder does not adhere to the promo mechanics.

All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

The promo and discount are non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

The discount under this promo is not convertible to cash or cannot be exchanged for any other items.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the Promo Period. Should a cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the Promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Gloria Maris Shark’s Fin Restaurant – Greenhills, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.
