General Terms and Conditions:

a. Room rates are inclusive of the following:

• Roundtrip transfer via Puerto Princesa International Airport

• Extra person charge is P1,200 net per head, per night inclusive of breakfast.
• Children eleven (11) years old and below sharing bed with parents shall be free of charge on accommodation, chargeable of P300 per head for breakfast.
• Children twelve (12) years old and above is considered adult.

i. Cancellation or reduction on the number of guaranteed rooms reserved shall be charged in full equivalent of the total number of room nights. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as no-show and will be charged for the entire length of stay.

Other Terms and Conditions

a. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit card.

b. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per day even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit card.

c. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

d. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.

e. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items.

f. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

g. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

h. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

i. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

j. The Metrobank Cards Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

k. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute. l. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI.

m. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
