The Promo is applicable only to all cardholders in good standing of Metrobank Peso Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard and Toyota Mastercard only. The Promo is not applicable to Metrobank ON Virtual Mastercard, Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Visa Cards, Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid cards.

The promo period is from September 20 to November 30, 2022 only. Valid on Tuesdays and Wednesday only within the promo period.

Qualified cardholders can enjoy 50% OFF on total food and beverage for dine-in and take-out every Tuesdays and Wednesdays all day at T.G.I. Friday’s, Hard Rock Café, Bulgogi Brothers, Italianni’s, Texas Roadhouse, Fish & Co, Watami, Modern Shanghai, Buffalo Wild Wings, Fresh Co, Denny’s, Rumba, Savage, Rambla, BCN by Las Flores, Las Flores and Tomatito, for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 3,000 net using your Metrobank Mastercard.

Maximum discount of PHP 2,500 applies.

d. Cardholders are entitled to a maximum discount of PHP 2,500 per single-receipt transactions only.

f. No black-out dates.

g. Promo can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only per table per visit.

h. Cardholders are allowed to use only one (1) credit card per transaction. Discount is applicable only to one qualified card per transaction, per cardholder. Splitting of a single-transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.

i. Reservations and advance orders are not allowed.

j. Offer is non-transferrable and non-convertible to or cash gift certificate nor applicable for installment transactions.

All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. taxes) will be shouldered by the customer.

The Promo is non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

The discount under this Promo is not convertible to cash or cannot be exchanged for any other items.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the Promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the Promo Period. Should a cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the Promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank credit cards,reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Bistro Americano Corp., with the concurrence of the DTI.

In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo,the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.
