The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Mastercard and Metrobank Prepaid Card.

    f. A payment link will be sent to settle the transaction using a qualified Metrobank card.

Note: By making a reservation and booking under this promo, the cardholder consents to sharing his/her personal data (e.g., name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) to Seda Residences Makati and the same shall be subject to its terms and conditions and data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

  6. General Terms and Conditions:

    Accommodation

    a. The promo is available for direct bookings only.

    b. The promo is inclusive of breakfast for two (2) at Misto, Complimentary Wi-Fi access, welcome amenities, housekeeping services, use of pool and gym and Value Added Tax.

    c. Maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) kids per room only. Kids 5 years old and below are FREE of charge, 6 to 12 years old will be charged 50% OFF on prevailing breakfast rate.

    d. Change of stay dates can be done at least 48 hours prior to check-in date, provided the new stay date is still within the Stay Period. If new stay date is outside of the stay period, the foregoing offer will no longer apply.

    e. Cancellation is allowed at least 48 hours prior to check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty equivalent to one-night stay. No shows shall be charged a penalty equivalent to one-night stay.

    f. The promo is not applicable for extensions of stay.

    g. Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

    h. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

    Dining

    a. Applicable for dine-in transactions only.

    b. Valid for check-in and walk-in guests.

    c. Applicable to a la carte orders excluding alcoholic drinks and seasonal packages.

    d. Service Charge is not included in the discount, and shall be charged based on the original price.

    e. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promotion.

    General Terms and Conditions:

    a. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through Seda Residences Makati’s Point-Of-Sale terminal or official payment link provided.

    b. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank card.

    c. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

  7. Other Terms and Conditions:

    a. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items.

    b. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

    c. The use of the Metrobank credit cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

    d. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

    e. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

    f. The Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

    g. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Seda Residences Makati with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

    h. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI.

    i. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
