How to avail:
a. For bookings, cardholders may call (045) 598 7000 or email pirc.reservations@parkinn.com, hism.reservations@ihg.com to reserve.
b. Inform via call or email that the cardholder will be availing of the Metrobank promo
c. State the booking details including the cardholder’s details, target stay dates, number of persons, etc.
d. Confirmation and payment process will be sent by Park Inn by Radisson Clark.
e. To ensure the security of the payment process, cardholder must present his or her Metrobank Card upon arrival at the hotel for payment to avail of the offer. Otherwise, cardholder will be given the regular rate instead of the discounted rate.
f. In case the cardholder is not present on the date of arrival, guests are required to call the hotel prior to arrival so the reservations team can send an authorization form for the cardholder to submit to entertain its guests.

General Terms and Conditions:
a. Prior reservations is required.
b. The Promo for room accommodation is applicable for Standard Room, Superior Room, One-Bedroom Suite and One-Bedroom Deluxe Suite.
c. The Promo for room accommodation includes breakfast for two (2) and access to pool and hotel facilities.
d. Children from 0-12 years old using the existing beddings are free of charge.
e. Extra person rate is at P2,000 net inclusive of breakfast and extra bed.
f. Hotel terms and conditions, child policy and extra person rate apply.
g. For booking cancellation, a 72-hour cancellation policy apply. In case of late cancellation or no show, a penalty fee of one night is required.
h. Rebooking is free of charge but any modification must be done 72 hours prior arrival date.
i. The Promo for dining is exclusive of alcoholic drinks and is valid for dine-in transactions only.
j. A minimum single-receipt spend of P3,000 is required to avail of the dining offer at Hues Restaurant and Pool Bar.
k. Metrobank cardholder must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through Park Inn by Radisson Clark’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
l. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he/she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank card.
m. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.
Other Terms and Conditions
a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.
d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.
e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.
f. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
g. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
h. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Park Inn by Radisson Clark, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
i. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
j. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
