1. The promo is open only to all cardholders in good standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid cards. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

2. Promo period is from September 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 only.

3. Qualified cardholders can get 15% OFF on regular-priced items for a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 10,000.

4. Promo is applicable to straight payment using Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid cards.

5. Promo is applicable to 0% installment for 3 months or Shop Now, Pay Later using Metrobank credit cards. Cardholders can avail of the discount and 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later in a single transaction.

8. Terms and Conditions:

   a. Installment and Shop Now, Pay Later:

   • 0% installment and Shop Now, Pay Later are applicable for Metrobank credit cards only.
   • 0% installment is applicable for 3 months installment term only.
   • Shop Now, Pay Later term is available up to 90 days.
   • Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment and Shop Now, Pay Later program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
   • All installment and Shop Now, Pay Later purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment and Shop Now, Pay Later program.
   • All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

   b. General Terms and Conditions:

   • Promo is valid for in-store transactions only.
   • Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum purchase requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card through Beyond The Vines’ Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
   • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid cards.
   • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

9. The promo cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items.

10. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

11. The use of the Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

12. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

14. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Beyond The Vines with the concurrence of the DTI. Beyond The Vines agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

15. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

16. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
