Promo Mechanics

  1. Qualified cardholders can get 20% discount at Nay Palad Hideaway using their Metrobank credit cards.

  2. The promo is applicable to all Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Metrobank PRIME Debit cards Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Mastercard, and Metrobank Prepaid cards.

  3. The promo period is from June 1, 2025 to November 25, 2025. Stay period is from June 1, 2025 to December 1, 2025.

    Eligibility

    • To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the purchase to a valid and eligible Metrobank Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa or Travel Signature Visa Credit Card.

    • The discount is not applicable to 12% VAT, 2% local tax, and 3% service charge.

    • The discount is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.

  5. How to avail:

    a. Email Nay Palad Hideaway and indicate which Metrobank Credit Card the guest will use, along with a valid government-issued ID for verification.

    b. Use the following subject line format: NPH x Metrobank / Your Full Name / Check-in Date

    c. (e.g., NPH x Metrobank / Carla David / 10-20-2025)

    d. Upon verification, Nay Palad Hideaway will send a Quotation Proposal and a secure credit card payment link.

    e. A 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Full payment must be settled at least 30 days before arrival using a qualified Metrobank credit card.

    f. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive:

    • Guest Information Form
    • Disclaimer Form

    g. Guests must return both forms along with copies of valid ID/passport and flight itinerary prior to arrival.

    h. Once submitted, a confirmation voucher will be issued. Please present this voucher, along with valid IDs, at check-in.

  6. General Terms and Conditions:

    a. Advance reservations are required.

    b. The credit card holder must be included as part of the reservation and must be present during the check-in for the booking to be considered valid.

    c. Please note that bookings are non-transferable.

    d. Offer is valid for a minimum of 2 guests and a minimum stay of 2 nights during the following periods:
    -Low Season: November 5 , 2025 to December 1, 2025
    -High Season: June 1, 2025 to October 28, 2025

    • A minimum stay of 5 nights is required during the Holiday Season: October 29 to November 4, 2025.

    • The discount is applicable only to the following villas:
      a. Garden View Villa
      b. Ocean View Villa
      c. Coral Villa
      d. Perlah Villa

    • Maximum occupancy per villa is 4 persons, except for the Perlah Villa, which accommodates up to 8 persons.

    • The Cardholder agrees that if the transaction is later found to be fraudulent, Metrobank reserves the right to charge back the value of the discount or offer to the cardholder’s account

    Our Rates includes:

    • Full board meals (breakfast menu; family style-, picnic- or barbecue-lunch; fine dining dinner with 3 or 4 courses).

    • All beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic – except Champagne and premium wines).

    • All excursions and activities such as padel tennis, surfing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, snorkeling, sailing with Hobie Cat, island-hopping, cycling, hiking and cooking classes.

    • All water sports such as wakeboarding, knee boarding, skimboarding, water-skiing or donut rides.

    • Yoga at the sea- or mangrove-pagoda, on the tree house roof, or at the yoga pavilion.

    • All spa treatments (massage, scrubs, romantic bath, manicure, pedicure).

    • Access to the fitness studio.

    • Daily housekeeping and laundry services (note: dry cleaning is not available at the resort).

    • Land transfers from and to Siargao's Sayak Airport (IAO).

    Payment Policy

    • A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation.
    • Full payment is due a minimum of 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival and is required to confirm the booking.
    • To avail of the promo discount, payments must be made via a qualified Metrobank Credit Card.

    Cancellation Policy

    a. In case of cancellation, Nay Palad Hideaway must receive a written notice of cancellation from the booker.

    b. Deposits cannot be refunded. Bookings cancelled or reduced in number are charged as indicated below:

    • 15 - 30 days before arrival : 50% of total booking
    • 14 days before arrival or less : 100% of total booking. No refund will be given for no-show or days not used resulting from early check out. In case of late arrival, the Nay Palad Hideaway Team would be happy to extend a stay provided that there are villas available, however the resort cannot be held accountable for any flight delays or cancellations.
    • If the guest requests to rebook more than 30 days before arrival, the rebooking can be done without any additional charges.
    • Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, or villa type on your reservation are subject to the hideaway’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a rate change.
    • To avoid disappointment, we recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance prior to confirming your reservation and accepting the terms and conditions of Nay Palad Hideaway’s cancellation.

    Rebooking Policy:

    • Rebooking is permitted without any fee if the request is made beyond the cancellation period. However, please take note of the following conditions:
    • New travel dates must fall within the promotional period to retain the same offer.
    • Rebooking outside the promo period will be subject to standard rates and availability at the time of the request.

    Smoking Policy:

    • For the comfort and safety of all our Guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the villa.
    • Smoking is only permitted in the designated al fresco area within the private premises.
    • In the event of non-compliance, a fee equivalent to one night of the Guest‘s stay will be imposed.
    • This fee accounts for the extensive 24-hour cleaning required to thoroughly sterilize the villa should evidence of smoking be found inside. Your cooperation in adhering to our no-smoking policy is greatly appreciated, and it contributes to the overall enjoyment of your stay and the well-being of all our Guests.

    Force Majure:

    • In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Nay Palad Hideaway will not be held liable for any disruption or the need to provide additional services.
    • Factors such as flight delays or cancellations due to inclement weather conditions or government directives are beyond our control.
    • We cannot be held responsible for unused rooms or missed flights.
    • Please note that refunds will not be issued in such instances. We appreciate your understanding in these exceptional situations

    Kids Rate:

    • Kids 3 years old and below are free of charge.
    • Per family, one child between the ages of 4 and 9 is free of charge.
    • Any additional children in this age bracket will be charged at 50% of the adult rate.
    • Each child between the ages of 10 and 17 will be charged at 50% of the adult rate.
  7. Other Terms and Conditions:

    a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

    b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

    c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

    d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

    e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

    f. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

    g. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

    h. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

    i. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

    j. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
