The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME Debit and Prepaid Card.

This e-mail confirmation shall be presented by the cardholder to Anantara Vacation Club upon arrival for check-in purposes.

  7. Anantara Vacation Club Terms and Conditions:

    i. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.

    ii. During your stay, you will be invited to attend a presentation about Anantara Vacation Club. It's simply a preview which could last around 90-120 minutes and there is no commitment or obligation to purchase anything.

    iii. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.

    iv. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.

    v. Offer includes accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged cardholder’s credit card account.

    vi. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.

    vii. Persons who have accepted/redeemed at least two (2) offers from Anantara Vacation Club prior to the promo and booking period are disqualified from this promo.

    viii. Promo is limited to one (1) booking per married couple or life partnership unless otherwise specified.

    ix. In the event that the cardholder and/or his/her spouse/partner fails to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show, the offer will be forfeited and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.

    x. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.

    xi. Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights.

    xii. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of the best flexible rate (per night). If the new stay date is outside of the stay period, the foregoing promo rate will no longer apply.

  8. General Terms and Conditions:

    i. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank Card through Anantara Vacation Club’s official payment link provided.

    ii. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank Card.

    iii. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

  9. By making a reservation and booking under this promo, the cardholder consents to sharing his/her personal data (e.g., name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) to Anantara Vacation Club and the same shall be subject to its terms and conditions and data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

  10. The discounted stays offered, the related vouchers and other complimentary gifts/services under this promo are not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for any other items, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

  11. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  12. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Anantara Vacation Club.

  13. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

  14. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, Anantara Vacation Club shall have no liability.

  15. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the incentive, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account.

  16. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  17. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  18. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Anantara Vacation Club, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  19. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

  20. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
