b. An EVVO Travel Wifi representative will provide contact information and online purchase forms to the cardholder.

c. Once EVVO Travel Wifi receives the order, they will send a confirmation, schedule the delivery, provide a card payment option, and apply the discount.

d. Cardholders must settle the full payment using their qualified Metrobank credit, debit, or prepaid cards upon Card on Delivery.

Note: By making a booking under this promo, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g. name, address, card information, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by EVVO Travel Wifi subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

Straight purchases and 0% interest installment purchases at 12 and 24 months only are qualified for this promo.

The free item/s will be delivered along with the item/s purchased.

Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

The use of the Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and EVVO Travel Wifi, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
