I. Promo Period and Promo Offer

The Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® & McDonald’s Promo (“promo”) will run from November 1 to December 31, 2024 (“promo period”).

The promo is open to select Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cardholders whose mobile numbers are contactable and registered* with Metrobank.
*To receive the communications and reward from this promo, the cardholder must ensure that the mobile number registered with the bank is updated and active. To be included in future Metrobank promotions and communications, cardholder needs to update his/her contact information by visiting any Metrobank branch or by following the instructions in this link: https://metrobank.com.ph/articles/update-your-info.

To qualify, cardholders must purchase online or in-store for at least PHP 6,000 worth of accumulated transactions using their Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card as payment method during the Purchase Period*.

Qualified cardholders will be entitled to a 1-pc. Chicken McDo with Rice and Medium Drink e-voucher.

Cardholders with qualified transactions will receive an SMS notification** from Metrobank with the e-voucher code and redemption details.

II. Redemption of E-Voucher

To redeem the e-voucher, cardholders with qualified transactions must present the SMS notification from Metrobank at any participating McDonald’s store nationwide within the Redemption Period***.

The 1-pc. Chicken McDo with Rice and Medium Drink will only be released after the e-voucher code has been verified by the store.

To qualify, cardholders must order for an accumulated spend of at least PHP 1,200 using their Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card in-store at any participating McDonald’s branch during the promo period.

Qualified cardholders will be entitled to a 1-pc. Chicken McDo with Rice and Medium Drink e-voucher.

Cardholders with qualified transactions will receive an SMS notification from Metrobank with the e-voucher code and redemption details on or before September 30, 2024*
II. Redemption of E-Voucher

To redeem the e-voucher, cardholders with qualified transactions must present the SMS notification from Metrobank at any participating McDonald’s store nationwide until November 29, 2024 (“Redemption Period”).

The 1-pc. Chicken McDo with Rice and Medium Drink will only be released after the e-voucher code has been verified by the store.
*IMPORTANT UPDATE:
If you joined the Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® & McDonald’s Promo, there will be a delay in the release of your 1-pc Chicken McDo meal e-voucher.
Don't worry, you’ll still receive the e-voucher with a longer expiration date via SMS. Redeem it at any participating McDo store nationwide and enjoy your free meal.

- The promo is valid for cardholders who will meet the purchase requirement and use their Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid card to settle the transaction.
- Accumulated spend applies to the total amount prior any discounts.
- Withdrawals, buy load, recurring online transactions such as subscription and bill payment, and other non-purchase transactions made through Metrobank ATM, Metrobank Online, and Metrobank App are excluded from the promo.
- A qualified cardholder can only avail of the promo once throughout the promo period.
- The e-voucher code is equivalent to 1-pc. Chicken McDo with Rice and Medium Drink only which cannot be availed separately.
- The e-voucher code is valid for one (1) time redemption only per qualified cardholder at any participating McDonald’s store nationwide within the Redemption Period.
- The e-voucher code can only be redeemed via dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru. Redemptions through Dessert Centers, McDelivery, and Kiosks are not included.
- All unredeemed e-vouchers from the promo will be forfeited after the Redemption Period.
- Redemptions without the SMS notification and e-voucher code from Metrobank will not be honored.
- The e-vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any ongoing McDonald’s promotions or discounts.
- The e-vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other Metrobank products, or discounts. Once the voucher code has been provided by Metrobank, the responsibility of redemption and possible transfer will be passed unto the cardholder while the fulfillment will be the accountability of McDonald’s.
- Metrobank is not an agent of McDonald’s and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback regarding quality of the goods and services provided by McDonald’s should be directed to McDonald’s.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval. Cardholders will be notified of any change through the appropriate channels.
- The use of Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cards.
