Other terms & conditions:

a. As part of your stay, guests are required to attend a 90-minute Vacation Ownership preview to learn about the benefits of Club Wyndham Asia, with an obligation-free offer presented, but no requirement to purchase

b. Guests must have a minimum combined annual household income of USD 50,000 (PHP 3,000,000)

c. Club Wyndham Asia holiday packages are designed for:

• Singles or Couples who are married, engaged, in a relationship and/or sharing a residence; and
• Between 28 to 65 years of age.
• For couples, both parties must travel and complete the Club Wyndham showcase session together.

d. Guests who purchased an open certificate for the holiday packages, but cannot confirm their preferred travel dates, will be able to redeem the certificate within August 31, 2025; and the stay must be completed within December 31, 2025.

e. Additional room nights, additional guests, room upgrades and other requests are subject to charges which our call agents will be happy to assist further on. The offer is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferrable. No refund is available for unused inclusions in package. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and only one offer may be redeemed per household. Upon booking over the phone, we shall require the guest's verbal confirmation on the qualifying criteria and no supporting documents will be collected. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required during check-in for a bond to cover any incidental charges during your stay (this is refundable upon checkout).

All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens / persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 / Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the offer, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the offer shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Club Wyndham with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.
