  6. Other Terms and Conditions:

Korea Tourism Organization

  1. What is the promo period?

    The promo period runs from July 22, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Extended until December 31, 2025.

  2. Who is eligible for the promo?

  3. What documents do I need to submit for a Simplified Korean Visa?

    Qualified cardholders can apply for a Simplified Korean Visa Application, wherein the following requirements will be required in lieu of submitting financial documents such as Bank Certificate, Bank Statement, and Income Tax Return:

    • Photocopy of Qualified Metrobank Credit Card (front only with complete information).
    • Copy of latest 3 months Monthly Billing Statement.

    Note: Financial documents are the ONLY exempted or substituted documents in the said simplification process and all other general documents must still be submitted.

  4. Is it safe to share a photocopy of credit card to Korean embassy?

    Sharing of credit card photo is sole discretion of the cardholder who wish to simplify their Korean visa application, wherein they need to share a photocopy of the Front of their credit card bearing their name.

  5. Can my immediate family members benefit from this promo?

    Yes, immediate family members (parents, spouse, minor children, adult children who can prove student status, and spouse's parents) of qualified Metrobank Credit Cardholders can also be exempted, upon submitting proof of relationship. (e.g. birth certificate, marriage certificate, student ID).

  6. Are there other requirements for the visa application?

  8. Can the visa requirements change?

    Yes, the listed requirements may change based on the Korean Embassy's directions.
