How to avail:

a. To avail, reservation and deposit payment using a Metrobank card is required. To book, Metrobank Cardholder must contact directly Palm Beach Resort at (632) 8551 3704 or e-mail palmbeachlaiya@gmail.com with the following information: travel dates, room type, number of rooms, names and age of guests, and first 4 digits of Metrobank card to be used with subject line: Palm Beach x Metrobank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Palm Beach x Metrobank/Juan de la Cruz)

b. Palm Beach will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 48 hours upon booking.

c. Palm Beach will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Metrobank card must be used to settle the payment. Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking. A confirmation voucher will be emailed to the Cardholder after payment is finalized.

d. Upon check-in, Cardholder to present the Metrobank card used for payment together with one (1) government-issued ID.

e. Promo can be availed at: Palm Beach Resort, Brgy. Hugom, Laiya, San Juan, Batangas,

General Terms and Conditions:

a. For direct bookings only via email or call. The promo is not valid for online bookings.

b. Maximum of 5 room bookings per cardholder.

c. Not valid for groups of 6 or more rooms travelling on the same dates.

d. For individuals only. Not valid for corporate accounts, schools/universities, government

e. Additional fees such as environmental fees, security deposit, etc. may apply.

f. Overnight Guest Check-in: 2pm Check out: 12nn

g. Bringing of food and drinks is not allowed.

h. Pets are not allowed.

i. Proper swimwear is required.

j. Extra Person Rate: Php800/person/night is charged beyond the standard room occupancy regardless of age, plus corresponding meal charges.

k. Child Policy: Maximum of 2 children; 0-6 years old free of charge on accommodation (per room). However, they shall be counted as part of the maximum capacity.

l. Rebooking Policy: Package is non-refundable but re-bookable within the travel period without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in.

m. Cancellation Policy: Thirty (30) days prior to check-in.

n. In case of acts of God, fortuitous events, or any condition beyond our control, Palm Beach Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, nor be obligated to provide additional services. Delays and/or cancellations of flights and/or boat transfers resulting from or related to weather disturbances or as mandated by Government authorities are beyond the control of Palm Beach Resort. Palm Beach Resort will not be responsible for unused rooms or missed flights and no refund will be given on account of these events.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

b. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, Senior Citizens can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.

c. The use of the Metrobank Card in connection with this Promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards.

d. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise resort to instances where they are applicable in this Promotion.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the Promotion period. Should the Cardholder receive the discount but was later deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the discount due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the Cardholder’s account.

f. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Promotion shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Palm Beach Resort, Inc. (Palm Beach Resort) with the concurrence of the DTI.

g. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
