Promo Period and Promo Offer

  1. The Metrobank x Lazada Double Digit Sale Promo ("promo") will run on the following promo periods:

    • May 5, 2024, 12:00AM to May 9, 2024, 11:59PM PST
    • June 6, 2024, 12:00AM to June 10, 2024, 11:59PM PST
    • July 7, 2024, 12:00AM to July 11, 2024, 11:59PM PST
    • August 7, 2024, 8:00PM to August 12, 2024, 11:59PM PST
    • September 8, 2024, 8:00PM to September 13, 2024, 11:59PM PST
    • October 9, 2024, 8:00PM to October 14, 2024, 11:59PM PST
    • December 11, 2024, 8:00PM to December 16, 2024, 11:59PM PST

  2. The promo is open to all Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cardholders who will shop at the Lazada mobile app only.

  3. Qualified cardholders are entitled to PHP200 discount for a single-receipt purchase of at least PHP 2,000.

  4. The discount can be availed by linking your Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® to the Lazada app and collecting the voucher from the Partner Promo Page accessible via the app’s Voucher Center.

  5. Discount will apply automatically at the Payment Page when the eligible Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card is selected as the payment method.

How to Avail of the Discount

  1. Download the Lazada app for free via App Store for Apple users or Google Play store for Android users.

  2. Visit the Voucher Center from the app’s homepage. Look for Payment Vouchers and click “See More” to be redirected to the Partner Promo Page to collect the discount voucher. In collecting the voucher:
    a. User should click “Collect”
    b. Once the user clicks “Collect” and does not have a bound card that matches the voucher they want to collect, a prompt message will appear.
    c. Users will be redirected to the Card Binding Page, where they need to enter their card details. The card they bind should match the voucher they want to collect.
    d. The user should ensure that the binding/linking process is successful.
    e. Once the user successfully links their card, the voucher will be collected automatically and added to the user’s voucher wallet.

  3. Select the item/s you wish to purchase then click “Add to Cart”. Prepare your card details for the transaction.

  4. Click the Shopping Cart icon to view items on Cart.

  5. Select the item/s you wish to order and click “Check Out”.

  6. Enter your shipping and billing information and select “Credit/Debit Card” as payment method.

  7. Enter the Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card details and make sure to check if the discount was applied to the total billing before proceeding to place the order.

  8. Click “Place Order” to complete the transaction.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Minimum spend of PHP 2,000 in a single-receipt transaction is required.

  2. Minimum spend refers to the total price of selected items in cart prior to any discounts and other charges, including shipping fees.

  3. Discount will apply automatically at the checkout only when the discount voucher has been collected.

  4. Discount can be applied to Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® card transactions only.

  5. Discount can be used only once by a Lazada user with an eligible Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card throughout the promo period i.e. 1x voucher use per Lazada user per eligible Metrobank card.

  6. Discount cannot be transferred and converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services.

  7. Discount value cannot be applied retroactively.

  8. Discount cannot be applied to items marked “Voucher not applicable on this item”.

  9. Discount cannot be applied to digital goods, stores with digital goods or product/s, milk products for 3 years old below (under the Milk Code) and other goods from blacklisted sellers set by Lazada.

  10. All cancelled orders by cardholders will not be valid for re-instatement of vouchers.

  11. The use of the payment voucher is subject to the Lazada Voucher Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions of Sale.

  12. Metrobank is not an agent of Lazada Philippines and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided on the Lazada platform. All feedback regarding quality of the goods and services provided by Lazada Philippines and/or its merchants should be directed to Lazada Philippines.
