   Promo period is from January 1 to December 31, 2026.

4. How do I register in the promo?

   No registration is required. Simply use your qualified Metrobank card at participating branches to avail of the promo.

5. What are the qualified transactions?

   • Valid for in-store purchases only.

   • Valid for straight transactions only.

   • Minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 5,000.

   • Must be charged to a qualified Metrobank card via the store’s Point-of-Sale terminal

4. How to avail: Booking is required. To book, call preferred The Spa Wellness branch. Walk-ins are also accepted. Intent to avail the promo must be mentioned during the purchase/transaction date.

6. Terms and conditions:

   • Promo is not applicable to online purchases.

   • Discount is not applicable to purchases of regular packages, promo deals and gift pass or vouchers.

   • A Metrobank credit or debit card must be presented and cardholder must charge at least PHP 5,000 to an eligible Metrobank credit or debit card.

   • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit or debit will be accepted per cardholder, per availment, even if the cardholder has multiple qualified Metrobank credit or debit cards.

   • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

7. The promo is transferable, non-cumulative, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

8. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and The Spa Wellness.

9. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

10. The use of the Metrobank Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, The Spa Wellness shall have no liability.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit, and prepaid card account.

12. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

14. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and The Spa Wellness, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

15. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

16. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
