The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Peso Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cardholders.

3. When is the promo and stay period?

   The promo runs until December 31, 2026.

4. How do I redeem the promo?

   Advance reservation is required. Present this offer and your eligible Metrobank Visa credit card to the cashier then settle payment.

5. What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

   A. Merchant Terms and Conditions
   
   a. The promotion period for this offer is from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026.
   b. Cardholders are required to settle payment including deposit (if any) with valid Visa Principal / Supplementary card using VisaNET to enjoy offer.
   c. Promotion is not applicable on January 1, February 14 & 16-19, April 2-7, May 1, 9-10 & 24-25, June 13-14, 18-19 & 30, July 1, September 25-26 & 30, October 1 & 18-19, December 22, 24-26 & 31 2026.
   d. Offer is not applicable to Sunday Brunch, catering services, discounted dishes, ticket sales events, specially negotiated menus or price not publicly offered, guest chef promotions, set menus, room service, private room, VIP rooms, private functions, meetings and conference, banquets, wedding, wine dinners, special promotion events and items purchased other than food in the outlets (i.e. tobacco, cigarettes etc).
   e. Offer is applicable to a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 12 persons per visit, inclusive of Cardmembers.
   f. 10% service charge applies and will be based on the original price.
   g. Offer is applicable to dine-in only and selected takeaway menu only (applicable to Yamm & Cuisine Cuisine The Mira Only)
   h. Offer is not applicable to all bottled wines and spirits, festive products, seasonal menus or promotional menus, charges for tea condiments, pre-meal snacks, “Other Charges” on à la carte menu, discounted food or beverage items, corkage fee, cake-cutting fee, private or corporate functions, private rooms, banquets, deliveries and takeaways
   i. Advance reservation is required and subject to seat availability.
   j. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts dining vouchers or Mira Plus card discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
   k. Merchant reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. l. In case of any dispute, the decision of Merchant shall be final and binding.
   m. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.

   q. For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
   r. By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
   s. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this Offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.
   t. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of this Offer or goods and/or services provided under this Offer.
   u. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version (if any) of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.

   B. Other Terms and Conditions
   
   a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
   b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
   c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.
   d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.
   e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.
   f. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
   g. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder, Visa, and the merchant. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
   h. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, shall be considered final.
   i. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
