  1. Who is qualified for the promo?

    The Promotion is open to all Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank ON Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

    A hotel representative will reach out for feedback. A payment link will be sent to complete the transaction using a qualified Metrobank card.

  3. What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

    Accommodation

    a. The promo is available for direct bookings via email only, and not valid for online, phone or bookings via social media.

    b. Prior reservation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival.

    c. he promo is applicable to room accommodation inclusive of daily breakfast for two (2), access to Chocolate Hour, Value-Added Tax, and Service Charge only. Any additional charge will be shouldered by the cardholder.

    d. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

    e. The promo is not valid for extensions of stay.

    f. Children aged twelve (12) years old and below (maximum of 2) can stay free in their parent’s room in existing bedding, subject to room category restrictions. Additional children shall pay the appropriate tariff or per extra bed.

    g. Maximum occupancy applies per room type.

    • Classic – up to 2 pax;

    • Superior Twin – up to 2 pax;

    • Superior King – up to 3 pax;

    • Premium King – up to 4 pax;

    • Junior Suite – up to 4 pax.

    h. Extra person rate is PHP 2,500 net per night.

    i. Offer is not applicable for bookings of 10 rooms or more/group reservations.

    j. The offer may be rebooked up to three (3) times within the promo period, subject to availability. Rebooking must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival date otherwise, the reservation will be forfeited. No show will incur a full period charge.

    k. Cancellation is not allowed; all payments are non-refundable.

    Dining and Spa

    a. Discount is applicable before taxes and service charge. Valid for food and beverages including premium spirits except champagnes.

    b. Infants and children 6 years old and below may dine for FREE from the Buffet or Children’s menu in applicable restaurants when dining with their parents.

    c. Children aged from 7 and up to 12 years old may order from all-day dining and casual dining restaurant menus (special items or promotions may be exempt) when dining with their parents and benefit from 50% OFF (applies to food and drinks).

    d. A maximum of two (2) children may dine according to the child discount policy from the Buffet or Children’s menu in applicable restaurants. Any additional children may order and pay according to the relevant children’s menu or other available menus.

    e. Spa offer is applicable to Sagay Regenerating, Filipino Hilot, and Bamboo Massage only. Valid for check-in guests only. Reservation is required.

    General Terms and Conditions

    a. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total booking amount to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card.

    b. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per day even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit, debit or prepaid cards.

    c. Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID.

    d. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

    e. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

    f. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.

  4. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

  5. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

  6. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

  7. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

  8. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

  9. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  10. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  11. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Boracay Uptown, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  12. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

  13. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
