What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

Merchant Terms and Conditions

a. To be eligible for this promotion, the user must create or already have an account on Airalo.

b. The customer has to enter the discount code at checkout. A discount of 15% will be applied on any eSIM purchase. The maximum discount value is US$100.

c. The promotion cannot be combined or used alongside any other promotion.

d. The discount can only be used when paying for the purchase through a Mastercard card. This promotion is not valid for payments made through any other payment methods.

e. The discount can be used via the Airalo app and www.airalo.com website.

d. The promotion is valid from 2025-03-01 until 2026-04-30.

f. Airalo reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of this promotion for any of the following reasons:

• Discount code was not used within the stated period or the maximum number of redemptions has been reached.

• Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity.

• Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers.

• Discount used in bad faith (including resold eSIMs or use of discount by customers purchasing products for re-selling).

g. Standard Terms and Conditions

• By entering this campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

• The Merchant reserves the right to change these terms & conditions or cancel any promotions at any time but with prior written notice of at least 90 days to Mastercard.

• No entrants shall have the right to contest any decision by the Merchant concerning any aspect of the campaign or the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions or the determination as to the qualification of entries. The Merchant’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Merchant reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

• Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The Merchant will not be liable to compensate expenses incurred in making an entry where applicable. No refund will be made for the cost of any entry where applicable.

Other Terms and Conditions

a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

c. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

d. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

f. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

f. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder, Visa, and the merchant. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

g. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, shall be considered final.

h. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
