  1. Who is qualified for the promo?

    The Promotion is open to all Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank ON Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards. 
  1. What is the promo and/or stay period?

    The promo period is from February 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026. Stay period is from February 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026. Blackout dates: March 30-April 5, 2026.

  1. How do I avail?

    To avail the promo via phone or email, the cardholder must follow these steps:
    • Contact reservations@coastboracay.com for email bookings and (+63 36) 288-2634 or (+63917) 806-0652 for phone bookings.
    • Inform via email/messenger/call that cardholder will be availing the promo with Metrobank
    • State booking details including guest stay dates, number of persons, etc.
    • Confirmation will be sent by the resort
    • Present the card used in booking upon arrival in the hotel 
  1. What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
    1. Prior reservation is required.
    2. Confirmed room bookings must be paid upon check-in
    3. Subscribers should present a proof of qualification to avail of the offers
    4. Booking is non-refundable and non-cancellable
    5. Promo is not valid on all holidays and long weekends
    6. General Hotel Terms & Conditions apply.
    7. Payment Process:
      • For bookings & inquiries, the subscriber may call (+63 36) 288-2634 or (+63917) 806-0652 or email reservations@coastboracay.com
      • Provide the name, mobile number, email address & preferred date of stay to the Reservation Team.
      • Merchant will confirm the reservation and discuss the required down payment of 50% of the total amount.
      • Merchant will send a payment link of 50% as down payment via email to proceed with the booking.
      • Cardholder will click the payment link and complete the payment using credit card.
      • Once payment is completed, the subscriber will receive an email confirmation.
      • Subscriber will send a screenshot of the proof of payment to email address
      • Once payment has been verified the merchant will send a confirmation letter via email.
      • Present the confirmation letter, valid ID and payment of the remaining balance using Credit Card must be done upon check-in.
      • In the event upon verification, the card used is not qualified, the discounts applied will be reversed. The regular rates shall be charged and any price difference must be settled upon check in.
    1. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
    2. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
    3. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
    4. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.
    5. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.
    6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
    7. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
    8. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Boracay Uptown, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
    9. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
    10. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
