3. What is the promo period?

   Promo period (Selling period) is from March 2, 2026 to March 15, 2026.

4. How do I avail of the promo?

   To avail of the promo, follow the steps below:

   • Sign in or sign up for an account.

   • Choose “Bagets The Musical”

   • Select the preferred show date, seat/s and the number of tickets.

   • Enter Promo Code: METROBANKXBAGETS

   • Click “Select payment method” and choose “Credit or Debit Card”.

   • Enter your Metrobank Credit or Debit Card details.

   • Once confirmed, the Cardholder will receive ticket confirmation via Email.

   The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Peso Visa, Metrobank Vantage Visa, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Metrobank Dollar Mastercard cards.

7. Metrobank Mastercard must be used to purchase the tickets in order to avail of the promo. A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank Mastercard becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated.

8. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.

9. The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by the partner merchant.

10. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

11. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of Metrobank Mastercard and Newport World Resorts.

12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

13. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

14. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

15. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

16. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

17. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Newport World Resorts, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

18. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

19. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
