I. Promo Period and Promo Offer

  1. The Metrobank & TikTok Shop Double Digit and Payday Sale Promo (“promo”) will run on the following periods (“promo periods”):

    a. November 25 – 30, 2024
    b. December 7 – 12, December 14 – 16, and December 29 - 31, 2024

  2. The promo is open to all Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cardholders who will purchase at TikTok Shop.

  3. Qualified cardholders will be entitled to PHP 100 discount for a single-receipt purchase of at least PHP 700 for each promo period.

  4. The discount will automatically apply once minimum purchase requirement is met and Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card is used as payment method upon checkout at TikTok Shop.

II. How to Avail of the Discount

  1. Download the TikTok Shop app for free via App Store for Apple users or via Google Play store for Android users.

  2. Select the items you wish to purchase then click "Add to Cart". Prepare your card details for the transaction.

  3. Click the Shopping Cart icon to view all the items on your Shopping Cart.

  4. Select the item/s you wish to complete the order for and click "Check out".

  5. Enter your shipping and billing information and select "Credit/debit card" as payment method.

  6. Enter the Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card details and make sure to check if the discount was applied to the total billing before proceeding to place the order.

  7. Click "Place Order" to complete the transaction.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Minimum spend of PHP 700 in a single-receipt transaction is required.
  2. Minimum spend refers to the total price of selected items in cart prior to any discounts and other charges, including shipping fees.
  3. The discount can be applied to Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® card transactions only.
  4. The discount is valid for one-time use only per cardholder for each given promo period.
  5. The discount is available for all products available on TikTok Shop provided minimum spend requirement is met.
  6. The discount value cannot be applied retroactively.
  7. All cancelled orders by cardholders will not be valid for re-instatement of discounts.
  8. The promo discount is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
  9. The availment of the discount is subject to the TikTok Shop Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  10. Metrobank is not an agent of TikTok Shop and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided on the TikTok Shop platform. All feedback regarding quality of the goods and services provided by TikTok Shop and/or its merchants should be directed to TikTok Shop.
  11. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval. Cardholders will be notified of any changes through the appropriate channels. The promo will be void in case the applicable laws or regulations determine its invalidation.
  12. The use of Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cards.
