The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, and Metrobank Dollar Mastercard cards.

4. How to Avail:

   • New users must sign-up and create an account.

   • Click “Get Started" Enroll Now” then select “Packages”.

   • Select your preferred classes and click “Buy Now”.

   • Under “Promo Code” type MHEREONLINE and click “Apply.”

   • Under “Pay with”, check the terms and conditions and click “Confirm and Pay”

   • Enter your Metrobank card details and click “Pay Now”.

6. Terms and conditions:

     For online bookings:

     • Go to //www.openmatmakati.com
     • Select “Classes” and your preferred class.
     • Click “View More” and “Book Now”.
     • You will receive an email for confirmation of your slot.

   • To avail, a valid government-issued ID card must be presented together with a valid Metrobank credit card, debit, or prepaid card.

   • Metrobank cardholders must charge the total bill to their qualified Metrobank credit card, debit, or prepaid card through Open Mat’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

   • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid cards.

   • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

7. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

8. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Open Mat.

9. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

10. The use of the Metrobank Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, Open Mat shall have no liability.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit, and prepaid card account.

12. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

14. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Open Mat, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

15. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

16. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
