Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is applicable to all Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to ON Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME Debit, Metrobank Prepaid, Metrobank Corporate Cards, and Metrobank Dollar Mastercard cards.

  3. The promo period is from January 2 to March 31, 2026 only.

  4. Terms and conditions:

    a. Valid for a minimum of 2 pax and maximum of 10 pax per cardholder, per booking only.

    b. Valid for lunch and and dinner buffet meals at Misto Restaurant:

    • Lunch Buffet: Mon-Thurs | 12NN to 2:30PM/ Fri-Sun | 12NN to 2:30PM

    • Dinner Buffet: Mon-Thurs | 6PM to 10PM/ Fri-Sun | 6PM to 10PM

    c. A la carte items and beverages are excluded from the discount.

    d. Valid for dine-in transactions only.

    e. Blackout dates apply:

    • February 14, 2026 – Valentine’s Day

    • February 17, 2026 – Chinese New Year

    f. To avail, a Metrobank cardholder must charge the total bill to their qualified Metrobank credit card through Misto Restaurant (Seda Vertis North)'s Point-of-Sale Terminal.

    g. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.

    h. The cardholder must be present during the transaction.

    j. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

  5. The promo can be availed at Astra cor. Lux Drives Vertis North Diliman Quezon City.

  6. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (eg. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

  7. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  8. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Misto Restaurant (Seda Vertis North).

  9. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

  10. The use of the Metrobank Credit Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards. In such a dispute, Misto Restaurant (Seda Vertis North) shall have no liability.

  11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  12. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  14. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Misto Restaurant (Seda Vertis North), with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  15. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

  16. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
