   c. Offer is valid for both booking and pick-up dates from now to 31 December 2025.

   d. Offer is valid for self-drive rentals on qualifying Hertz Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) at participating locations in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Asia, USA and Canada only.

   e. Offer is applicable on all car groups except Hertz Collections.

   • Europe includes: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain Mainland and United Kingdom

   • Asia includes: Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam

2. What are the qualified credit cards for the promo?

   The Promotion is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa, Metrobank Vantage Visa, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good standing. 7. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to vehicle pickup in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, USA and Canada but for Asia, reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to vehicle pickup.

8. Offer is valid for self-drive rentals on Hertz Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) at participating locations and applies to time and mileage charges only, not taxes, tax reimbursement, government surcharges or optional services, such as refueling or GPS.

9. Discount applies to time and mileage charges only, and does not apply to taxes, fees and optional services.

10. Limited to one offer per rental.

11. Offer is not applicable on Hertz Collections.

12. Minimum rental age is 25 and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year prior to pick-up date. (Exceptions apply).

13. Valid Metrobank Visa credit card must be presented during car pickup and for payment.

14. Modifying your reservation may result in a change in your rate and/or invalidate this offer.

15. Hertz reserve the right to modify and/or cancel the offer(s) without prior notice.

16. The offer has no cash value, may not be used with tour rates or insurance/dealer replacement rates and cannot be combined with any other certificate, voucher, offer or promotion.

20. Visa and Metrobank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by Hertz or for any loss whatsoever of any nature suffered by any cardholder.

21. Metrobank Visa credit cardholders shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of any of the offers. Offers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

22. Metrobank Visa credit cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer. Any participation by the cardholder shall be voluntary. By participating in or attempting to utilize any of the offers, the cardholder irrevocably agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

23. Metrobank Visa credit cardholders will use best efforts to ensure the offers are provided as described, but cardholders shall not make any claim or seek compensation against Visa, even in the event that any of the offers are not provided or provided as described (whether or not such non provision is due to fault, negligence on the part of Hertz or Visa).

24. Metrobank Visa credit cardholders shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of (a) usage or attempted usage of any of the offers, or of any services provided by Hertz, or (b) any refusal or failure on the part of Hertz to provide or honour any of the offers, or benefits or privileges given under the offers, for any reason whatsoever.

25. Metrobank Visa credit cardholders reserves the absolute right to withdraw and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of any of the offers at any time without giving any notice.

27. Cancellation and Charges:

    a. To cancel or change a reservation online, select "Rates & Reservations" in the navigation and then click on either "Cancel a Reservation" or "View/Modify a Reservation". Reservations can be modified, or cancelled online by providing a confirmation number and the last name referenced on the reservation.

    b. Modifying your reservation may result in a change in your rate and/or invalidate this offer.

GENERAL MECHANICS:

a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

f. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

g. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

h. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

i. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

j. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
