What is the promo offer?
Qualified cardholders can avail up to 30% OFF on room accommodation at Estacio Uno Boracay Lifestyle Resort when using their Metrobank Cards:
- 30% OFF on regular season based on published rate
- 20% OFF on peak season based on published rate|
  Information on regular and peak season is available upon booking.
Who is qualified for the promo?
The Promotion is open to all Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank ON Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.
What is the promo and/or stay period?
The promo period is from February 15, 2026 to July 31, 2026. Stay period is from February 15, 2026 to August 15, 2026. No blackout dates.

How do I avail?
1. For bookings, call or email Estacio Uno Boracay Lifestyle Resort directly for prior reservations.
2. Metrobank cardholder must inform the reservations team that they are availing of the promo with Metrobank Cards.
3. State the booking details including the stay dates, number of guests, and other important details.
4. Confirmation and payment process will be given by the reservations team of Estacio Uno Boracay Lifestyle Resort.
5. Metrobank cardholder must present his/her Metrobank card used in booking upon arrival at the resort.
6. In cases where the cardholder is not present during the stay, the guest must present a letter of authorization, a copy of the credit card used in booking (front side only), and a copy of the cardholder’s valid ID.
What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
1. Pre-payment upon reservation is required.
2. The cardholder should settle 25% of the total payment which must be settled 10 days after the booking has been confirmed. The remaining balance should be settled 45 days before the check- in date. The cardholder will receive a final confirmation voucher that is needed to be presented upon check-in. All payments should be made through a payment link that Banana Bay Boracay will send. Other remaining charges like the incidental deposit which cost Php 2,000 for the whole stay per room will be collected by the Front Desk upon check in at the resort. It is refundable upon check out if not consumed. Banana Bay Boracay only accepts cash payments for the incidental deposit. For stays from (indicate stay period).
3. Cardholder must charge the total booking amount to his/her Metrobank Credit Card in a single- receipt transaction. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the Metrobank promo.
4. The discounted rates include accommodation, hotel tax, and service charges only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged to the cardholder's account.
5. Offer is not applicable for walk–in guests.
6. Offers cannot be used by group bookings (e.g. multiple bookings wherein occupants don't belong in 1 household, a Cardholder cannot combine 4-5 bookings, for example as a group tour)
7. Offers are not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by Banana Bay Boracay and Metrobank Credit cards
8. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Metrobank Credit Cards and Banana Bay Boracay in concurrence with DTI and will be deemed final and irrevocable
9. The standard room cancellation and rebooking policies of Banana Bay Boracay will strictly follow.
10. The general hotel terms & conditions of Banana Bay Boracay will strictly follow.
11. Rebooking or Booking Revisions:
  - Rebooking fee PHP 1,500.00 per room (not applicable in case of Force Majeure)
  - Applies to guaranteed bookings (with deposit)
  - Booking revisions must be arranged through our Reservations office at least a week in advance
  - Booking extensions are subject to availability
  - Force Majeure: Rebooking will apply within 6 months from original date of departure.
  - Room Rates are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates during new travel date.
  - Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
  - n case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Banana Bay Boracay and Metrobank Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Metrobank Credit Cards
  - For stays from February 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026

All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Estacio Uno Boracay Lifestyle Resort, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
