Promo Mechanics

  1. What is the promo offer?

    Qualified cardholders can avail up to 30% OFF on room accommodation at Boracay Uptown when using their Metrobank Cards:
      • 30% OFF on regular season based on published rate
      • 20% OFF on peak season based on published rate
        Information on regular and peak season is available upon booking.

  2. Who is qualified for the promo?
    The Promotion is open to all Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank ON Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.
  3. What is the promo and/or stay period?
    The promo period is from February 15, 2026 – July 31, 2026. Stay period is from February 15, 2026 to August 15, 2026. No blackout dates.
  4. Where is this located?

  5. How do I avail?
    1. For bookings, call or email Boracay Uptown directly for prior reservations.
    2. Metrobank cardholder must inform the reservations team that they are availing of the promo with Metrobank Cards.
    3. State the booking details including the stay dates, number of guests, and other important details.
    4. Confirmation and payment process will be given by the reservations team of Boracay Uptown.
    5. Metrobank cardholder must present his/her Metrobank card used in booking upon arrival at the resort.
    6. In cases where the cardholder is not present during the stay, the guest must present a letter of authorization, a copy of the credit card used in booking (front side only), and a copy of the cardholder’s valid ID.
  6.  What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
    1. Prior reservation is required to avail of the offer.
    2. The Promo Offer is applicable on room accommodations / room rate only.
    3.  The Promo Offer is applicable for single/double occupancy and are inclusive of breakfast.
    4. A minimum of 2 nights stay is required on peak season dates.
    5.  Peak season dates are scheduled but not limited to February 14, 2026 to February 20, 2026, and April 2, 2026 to April 4, 2026.
    6. Full payment is required upon booking.
    7. Kids 11 years old and above are considered adult.
    8. Cancellation charges are based on the number of days prior to arrival date.

      • 20% charge if the booking is cancelled or modified after the booking is made.


      • 50% Cancellation charge within 16-30 prior to guest arrival


      • 100% Cancellation charge within 0-15 prior to guest arrival

    9. Rebooking may be requested but will be subject to management’s approval.
    10. No show on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of stay, no refund will be made.
    11. Extra person rate, child policy, hotel bookings and other hotel terms and conditions apply.
    12.  Metrobank cardholder must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through Estacio Uno Boracay Lifestyle Resort’s online gateway or Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
    13. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he/she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank card.
    14.  By participating in this promo, the cardholder and/or his/her fellow guests agree and consent that their personal data (e.g. name, birthdate, gender, address, email address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be used, collected, processed and/or stored by Estacio Uno Boracay Lifestyle Resort in accordance with its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.
  7.  All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
  8.  The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
  9. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  10. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.
  11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit,  debit or prepaid card account.
  12. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
  13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
  14. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Boracay Uptown, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
  15. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
  16. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
