What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

A. Merchant Terms and Conditions

a. This Promotion is valid from September 1, 2025 until March 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) for the ‘House of Dancing Water’ show (the ‘HODW’) on or before March 31 , 2026.

b. A 15% discount off the purchase price is applicable to all categories of HODW admission tickets (the ‘Ticket(s)’), except the VVIP Box, when payment is made using valid Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, or Visa Infinite Principal or Supplementary Cards issued in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan and processed via VisaNET.

c. Maximum of four (4) tickets per Visa cardholder, subject to availability and Blackout dates apply.

d. Bookings can be made on HODW official website https://www.cityofdreamsmacau.com/en/house-of-dancing-water, HODW Hotline or in HODW Box Office at City of Dreams Macau.

e. No cancellation or amendment is allowed after booking confirmation, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason.

f. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, package, coupons, vouchers, consumption rebates, credit.

g. In the event of loss or stolen, the Ticket will not be replaced or reissued. If the Ticket is damaged, manipulated, copied, handwritten, forged, water damaged and/or altered in any way, or if containing any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographic error, it will be considered invalid and will not be eligible for use. Copies, screenshots and/or photos of the Ticket are considered invalid and will not be accepted.

h. For children of two years old or below may be exempted from the requirement of holding a Ticket to enter the Dancing Water Theatre without occupying a seat, with the present of a valid ID. Each adult can only accompany one child free of ticket.

i. For safety reasons, children under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by an adult who shall be solely responsible for such child’s care and conduct at the Dancing Water Theatre.

j. Admission to HODW is subject to the corresponding Terms and Conditions, including the Conditions of Entry, please refer to https://www.cityofdreamsmacau.com/en/house-of-dancing-water for more details. COD Resorts Limited reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of HODW (including but not limited to the Conditions of Entry of House of the Dancing Water Theatre) without prior notice.

k. Travelling to and from the Dancing Water Theatre is at the sole responsibility of the guests, therefore no compensation, refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be permitted by COD Resorts Limited due to the alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement or cancellation of travel services by Land, Air or Sea.

l. Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. COD Resorts Limited is not responsible for any losses, damages, expenses, and causes of action, injuries or death sustained for any and all activities of the Promotion or in connection with it.

m. COD Resorts Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the use, suspension and cancellation of the Promotion without prior notice.

n. All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, will be subject to the final decision of COD Resorts Limited.

o. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

p. Other terms and conditions apply to the services and/or facilities shall be made available to guests upon request.

q. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. No warranties are made by Visa that the information is correct. Please check directly with the Merchant to confirm availability and validity of this Offer.

r. For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.

s. By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:

t. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this Offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.

u. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of this Offer or goods and/or services provided under this Offer.

v. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version (if any) of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.

B. Other Terms and Conditions

a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder. b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

f. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

g. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder, Visa, and the merchant. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

h. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, shall be considered final.

i. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
