    b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database.

    c. In the Available Promos section, click “2025 Q4 Agoda Cashback” and enter your Metrobank-registered mobile number to register for the promo.

    d. An SMS confirming successful registration will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.

  5. What are the qualified transactions?

    Include all room bookings made from December 8 to 12, 2025 through any of the following channels:

    Cashback is valid for one-time redemption per customer during the promo period. To qualify, the principal cardholder must register at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift within the promo period.


GENERAL MECHANICS:

  1. The Promo is open to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, and ON Virtual Mastercard. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

  2. The promo period is from December 8, 2025 to December 12, 2025 only. The stay period is until December 31, 2025.

  3. Qualified cardholder can get the following discounts when he or she uses his or her Metrobank credit card at www.agoda.com/metrobank:

    Booking and payment must be made and completed within the promo period. Transactions that are pre-book, pay later, pay at the hotel are not included in the promo. Cashback is capped for one-time availment per customer and throughout the promo period.

  4. To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank’s database and is required to register in the promo. No or late registration means no cashback will be credited to cardholders’ account.

    c. In the Available Promos section, click “2025 Q4 Agoda Cashback” and enter your Metrobank-registered mobile number to register for the promo.

    d. An SMS confirming successful registration will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.

    Registration via the Metrobank Website

    a. Visit Metrobank website at www.metrobank.com.ph

    b. Scroll down and click the Promos button

    c. Search for “PHP 2,500 cashback at Agoda ”

    d. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift

    e. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database.

    f. In the Available Promos section, click “2025 Q4 Agoda Cashback” and enter your Metrobank-registered mobile number to register for the promo.

    g. An SMS confirming successful registration will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.

  5. If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changed and/or updated his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

  6. To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register within the promo period and must follow the registration process stated in number 4 promo mechanics. An SMS confirming successful registration will be sent to the cardholder’s mobile number after successful registration. No confirmatory SMS means the registration is not successful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the successful SMS.

    Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.

  7. A registered cardholder will earn the cashback incentive for his or her qualified transaction once registration is successful. Transaction made before the successful registration as long as registered within the promo period will qualify for a cashback.

  8. By completing cardholders’ registration, he or she agrees that his personal information shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

  9. The promo and cashback entitlement is based on a per customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified and transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cashback.

  10. A principal cardholder is entitled to a maximum of one (1) cashback for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholders’ transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) cashback entitlement of qualified principal cardholder.

  11. The cashback will be credited to the cardholders’ account within 60 business days after the end of the promo period with description: 2025 Q4 Agoda Cashback

  12. "Qualified Transactions” includes all transactions under Agoda.com with the following criteria: (1) room accommodation; (2) paid within the promo period; (3) meets the PHP 20,000 minimum single-receipt spend requirement; (4) with registration within the promo period; (5) tagged with any of the below merchant category codes; and (6) has not yet reached the cap on availment as stated above.

  13. "Non-Qualified Transactions” includes all other transactions that do not meet any of the above-mentioned criteria. This includes pre-book, pay later, and pay at the hotel bookings made via Agoda.

  14. The incentive cost equivalent is VALID in conjunction with any ongoing promos.

  15. A cardholder and his or her transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cashback.

  16. Any concern of the cardholder in relation to his or her card account shall not be a valid excuse for the cardholder to refuse payment of his or her outstanding balances. Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.

  17. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  18. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

  19. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

  20. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
