Promo Period and Promo Offer

  1. The Metrobank x foodpanda Activation Promo will run from March 1 to April 30, 2024 (“promo period”).
  2. The promo is open to Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard cardholders who:
    a. Will receive official promo notification from Metrobank via SMS/Viber and/or email
    b. Will sign up and make a purchase on foodpanda for the first time within the promo period
  3. Qualified cardholders will be eligible to 30% discount for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 600 on foodpanda.
  4. To avail of the discount, cardholders should use their Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard as payment method and enter the unique voucher code received from Metrobank’s SMS/Viber and/or email upon checkout at any of Foodpanda’s food delivery, pick-up, shops, or pandamart via www.foodpanda.ph or mobile app.

How to Avail of the Discount

  1. Cardholders must go to www.foodpanda.ph or download the foodpanda mobile app on App Store or Google Play.
  2. Sign up and/or Log in.
  3. Input the delivery location.
  4. Choose from the available restaurants/shops under Pick-up in the area.
  5. Meeting the required minimum spend, place the order on the site or app.
  6. Tap “Apply a voucher” and enter the unique voucher code received from Metrobank’s SMS/Viber and/or email.
  7. Pay using a qualified Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard. Discount is applied to the total purchase upon checkout.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Single-receipt purchase of at least PHP 600 is required.
  2. Minimum purchase applies to the total amount in cart prior to any discounts/delivery fee.
  3. Maximum discount value is at PHP 250.
  4. Voucher code is valid for one-time use per cardholder only within the promo period.
  5. Discount is applied when cardholder enters eligible Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard details.
  6. Discount is applied at checkout page.
  7. Discount is applied when cardholder enters eligible voucher code.
  8. Discount is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash, credit, kind or similar financial instruments.
  9. Discount cannot be applied retroactively.
  10. All cancelled orders by cardholders will not be valid for re-instatement of voucher codes.
  11. Metrobank is not an agent of foodpanda or any of its partner merchants or outlets and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and services provided. All feedback regarding the quality of goods and services provided should be directed to foodpanda and/or the respective merchant or outlet.
  12. The promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by partner merchants that require a voucher/promo code.
  13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
  14. Vouchers, discounts, and promos and the use of the foodpanda platform shall likewise be governed by the foodpanda Terms of Use (https://www.foodpanda.ph/contents/terms-and-conditions.htm).
  15. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, foodpanda and Metrobank reserve the right to modify the Offer and/or change the terms and conditions as the need arises. Cardholders will be notified of any change through the appropriate channels.
  16. The Offer will be void in case the applicable laws or regulations determine its invalidation.
