The Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard Cross Border Cashback Promo (“promo”) will run from November 18 to December 31, 2024 (“promo period”).
The promo is open to select Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard cardholders whose mobile numbers are working and registered* with Metrobank.
*To receive communications and reward from this promo, the cardholder must ensure that the mobile number registered with the bank is updated and active. To be included in future Metrobank promotions and communications, cardholder needs to update his/her contact information by visiting any Metrobank branch or by following the instructions here https://metrobank.com.ph/articles/update-your-info.
To qualify, the select Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard cardholders must:
a. Receive an official promo notification from Metrobank via SMS and/or email; and
b. Purchase abroad for accumulated in-store spend of at least 10,000 in Philippine peso (PHP) equivalent using their Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard card during the Purchase Period*.
Qualified cardholders will be entitled to a one-time PHP 500 cashback. An SMS notification** will be sent to qualified cardholders once the cashback has been successfully credited to their debit card account used to settle the transaction/s:

Prime Debit Card
The offer is valid for cardholders who will meet the purchase requirement and use their Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard card to settle their in-store transaction/s abroad.
Minimum purchase is based on the total amount prior any discounts.
A qualified cardholder can only avail of the offer once throughout the promo period.
Local transactions, online transactions from international merchants, and international withdrawal transactions are not considered as qualified transactions.
Metrobank makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided by any international merchants. All feedback regarding quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the international merchant with whom the cardholder transacted.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval. Cardholders will be notified of any changes through the appropriate channels.
The use of Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard card.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that s/he has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
