Promo Offer: Get an instant PHP 100 eGC capped at 10 tokens per customer plus a chance to win weekly prizes up to PHP 1 MILLION cashback. Instant eGCs is applicable to straight transactions only excluding PayNow with a minimum PHP 4,000 single-receipt spend. Raffle promo is applicable to straight and PayNow transactions (excluding transfers made to own account) for a minimum PHP 1,000 single-receipt spend. Registration is a requirement to qualify for this promo.

Registration: The principal Metrobank credit cardholder can register through the following steps:
a. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift
b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database.
c. In the Available Promos section, click “Have a Merry Million” and enter your mobile number to register in the promo.
d. Enter the registration code sent via SMS to your mobile number.
e. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.
Promo Period: Promo is valid for transactions made by registered cardholders from October 20, 2024 to January 15, 2025.

Redemption of the qualified eGCs and eGCs raffle prize:
a. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift
b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database.
c. In the Joined Promos section, click check progress under “Have a Merry Million” tab and enter the registered mobile number.
d. Click the “Claim” button then click “Use This” button and choose among the available eGC to get your reward.
e. Redemption is until March 15, 2025 only.
Change in Mobile Number: If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.
Availability of the eGC and Posting of the Transaction in the Website: Metrobank under MCC sender will send the SMS eGC notification for the qualified transaction starting November 1, 2024 and will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted and verified in the Metrobank system.
The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, Dollar Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, and Travel Platinum Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid Cards, and Yazz Prepaid Cards.
Promo and registration period is from October 20, 2024 to January 15, 2025. Redemption period is from November 1, 2024 to March 15, 2025 only.
Cardholders who reach the minimum spend requirement and criteria as specified below shall be qualified for the instant eGift Certificate (eGC) or GCash credits and a raffle entry.

To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank’s database and is required to register for the promo. Should there be any changes in the mobile number or contact details within the promo period or after successful registration, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to update his or her contact information in Metrobank’s database by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 and to request for manual registration to the promo. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.
The principal cardholder must register for the promo by visiting the registration page found in the Metrobank website from October 20, 2024 to January 15, 2025 and entering his/her Metrobank-registered mobile number and the Registration/Verification Code sent to the registered mobile number. An SMS confirming successful registration will be sent. Transaction/s made before successful registration will NOT qualify for the promo. The time of the successful registration shall be based on the time the notification SMS was received by the principal cardholder.
Note: The registration page will only ask for the cardholder’s mobile number and the Registration/Verification Code sent to the mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for the card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP or other card details via links or web pages found in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.
Supplementary cardholders are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the principal cardholder’s transaction/s.
By completing the registration, the cardholder agrees that his/her personal data shall be shared to Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway, and shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Giftaway.
A visual transaction and incentive tracker (https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/) where all qualified and posted transactions/s, instant eGC or GCash credit token codes, and raffle entries will be available to registered cardholders starting November 1, 2024. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker. Prior transaction/s and incentive/s earned will be shown upon the tracker set-up date, while transaction/s made and incentive/s earned subsequent to the tracker set-up date will be reflected within seven (7) banking days after the qualified transaction has been made.
“Qualified Transactions” for the instant eGift certificate (eGCs) or GCash credits include all retail straight transactions such as purchases at groceries, department stores, boutiques, drug stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, and Mail Order/Telephone Order and foreign currency transactions, subject to the minimum spend criteria set above. PayNow shall be excluded for the instant eGC or Gcash credits.
“Non-qualified Transactions” for the instant eGift certificates (eGcs) or GCash credits include all merchant installment transactions, mobile payments / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay), 6010, 6011 and 6012 found in Metrobank’s database, as well as PayNow, Bills2Pay, Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, and Cash2Go transactions.
“Qualified Transactions” for the raffle include all retail straight transactions such as purchases at groceries, department stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, Mail Order/Telephone Order, foreign currency transactions, and PayNow (except for money transfers made to a cardholder’s own account), subject to the minimum spend and transaction criteria set above.
“Non-qualified Transactions” for the raffle include all merchant installment transactions, mobile payments / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay), 6010, 6011 and 6012 found in Metrobank’s database, as well as new and existing Bills2Pay enrollments and amortizations of previous Balance Transfer, Cash Advance, Balance Conversion and Cash2Go transactions.
A principal cardholder is entitled to up to ten (10) instant eGCs or GCash credit token codes for the duration of the promo period per unique Metrobank customer. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the incentive computation that the principal cardholder may be entitled to.
The computation of the required spend and eGC or GCash credits token codes entitlement will be based on a customer level.
Successfully registered principal cardholders will also receive instructions to visit the Metrobank website to redeem their earned token codes. Redemption of codes is until March 15, 2025 only.
Cardholders can redeem the Giftaway Universal eGCs or GCash credits tokens starting November 1, 2024 at Giftaway partners such as, but not limited to, The SM Store, Robinsons, Puregold, Shopee, Grab, Lazada, and more. Applicable delivery and other processing service fees from the stores where the eGC/s will be used are not included in the eGC and shall be shouldered by the cardholder.
A PHP 15 transfer fee for e-wallet redemption shall apply on a per redemption basis. Transfer fees will be shouldered and charged to the recipient.
Deadline for earning of raffle entries is on 11:59 p.m., January 15, 2025. The time stamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis for the timing of the qualified transactions.
Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.
The electronic raffle draw will take place on below scheduled date and will virtually be held in the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank. Below table also shows the qualified transaction dates, raffle draw dates, announcement of winners, number of winners to be announced, and the prizes to be won.

Qualified cardholders may win the raffle multiple times, but winning entries will be excluded from the next raffle draw.

Winners of the raffle draw will be officially informed first via SMS and e-mail. Should the cardholder be unreachable, winners will then be notified via registered mail and/or call-out by Metrobank.
Winners for the cashback prize will be contacted by Metrobank’s customer service representative and will be requested to submit the following via email at customerservice@metrobankcard.com:
a. Notarized Quit Claim Form
b. Digital copy of 1 valid and unexpired government ID
c. Digital copy of the front of the winning Metrobank credit card
The winner must submit the abovementioned within five (5) business days. If there is no response from the winner within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and will be rewarded to a back-up winner with prior approval from DTI.
eGC raffle prizes will be redeemable via the Giftaway website until March 15, 2025 only.
Cashbacks earned will be rewarded as a credit adjustment to the principal credit card account and will be reflected in the statement of account. The cashbacks may be used to offset the account balance of the credit card account and is not allowed for cash refund.
Cashback under this promo will be reflected in the principal cardholder’s statement of account with the transaction description: “PXXXXXX Cashback for Have a Merry Million”
All eGCs earned and cashback earned is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Cashbacks earned cannot be transferred to other accounts or customers.
All unredeemed codes will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the Giftaway website and visual tracker. Metrobank will not accommodate any request of cardholders to extend the validity of the token codes once the redemption period has passed. Metrobank will also not accommodate requests to convert eGCs or GCash credits tokens to cash, cashbacks or credit adjustments to the principal cardholder’s statement of account.
The cashback earned will be credited to the principal cardholder’s account within thirty (30) business days after the end of the promo period.
By participating in this raffle, all participants and winner(s) grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose the following personal data: (i) full name, (ii) photographs and (iii) videos in connection with this promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Metrobank’s websites, or Metrobank’s social media pages.
By submitting photos and videos, or by consenting to have photos or videos taken by a Metrobank representative, the participant agrees to their use for promotional purposes. If no photos or videos are submitted, it will be understood that the participant does not consent to the use of their photos or videos, but allows the use of their full name in social media announcements and promotions.
Employees of Metrobank and Giftaway including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo and forfeits their right to the promo prize if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the prize. Metrobank receives the right to reward the prize to the next available winner drawn with a presence of a DTI representative. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of the promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account.
All applicable credit card fees such as but not limited to annual fees shall be automatically charged to the cashback amount. No further waivers or exemptions from these fees will be granted under any circumstances.
The promo may not be availed in conjunction with other ongoing promos, unless otherwise stated.
All disputes will only be accepted until sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than March 15, 2025.
Metrobank will not accommodate cardholders’ request to be rewarded for transactions made without registration due to lack of awareness for the promo.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
All terms and conditions relating to the use of registration, redemption portal, Universal Giftaway eGCs indicated in the Giftaway platform shall apply.
The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
