Cardholders will get 3x raffle entries for a chance to win PHP 20,000 cashback for a minimum single-receipt 0% installment purchase of PHP 5,000 during SM 3-day sale weekends on the following dates:

• May 16, 2025 to May 18, 2025
• May 30, 2025 to June 1, 2025
• June 13 , 2025 to June 15, 2025

A total of 10 winners will be rewarded. Schedule is as follows:

• Raffle Entries: May 15, 2025 – June 30, 2025
• Raffle Draw June: July 14, 2025
• Winners Announcement: July 17, 2025

Promo is valid only for 0% installment up to 6 months and Shop Now, Pay Later up to 90 days after in-store or online via Personal Shopper EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer). Straight transactions are excluded from the promo.

The promo period is from May 15, 2025 – June 30, 2025. Raffle draw will be on July 14, 2025.

The promo is available in all SM Store branches nationwide and online via Personal Shopper.

Full installment amount under Metrobank’s 0% installment and Shop Now, Pay Later program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.

Deadline of raffle entries is on 11:59PM, June 30, 2025. The time stamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis to identify the qualified transactions.

The electronic raffle draw will take place on July 14, 2025 and will virtually be held with the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank.

Winners may only win once.

Winners will be notified via SMS, e-mail, registered mail and through Metrobank’s Social Media platforms.

By participating in this raffle, all participants and the winner grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose personal data and photographs and videos in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Website, or Metrobank social media pages.

Employees of Metrobank including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified to join this promo.

Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests related to a cardholder’s raffle entries after the raffle draw.

A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cashback. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of any promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment by the cardholder of his/her credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and SM Store, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
