PROMO HIGHLIGHTS 

  1. What is the promo offer? 
    • Metrobank credit cardholders will get PHP 100 CASHBACK for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 2,000 in any Watsons branches nationwide including online
    • Cashback rewarding is capped at 1x per customer only regardless if cardholder has multiple cards. For multiple transactions falling within the promo period, only the first qualified transaction will be rewarded.
  2. When is the promo period? 
    Promo will run from March 13, 2026 to March 15, 2026
  3. Is registration required to qualify for the promo?  
    Registration is not required to qualify for the promo but cardholder must have an active account and have no outstanding past due on the day of the rewarding. Otherwise, cashback earned under this promo will be forfeited. 
  4. How do I claim the cashback?
    • Cashback will be automatically rewarded as a credit adjustment to the customer’s statement of account with the transaction description: “Watsons Cashback”
    • Rewarding of cashback will be on or before May 14, 2026
  5. What are the eligible cards?
    The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa, Metrobank ICON, and Toyota Platinum Card in good credit standing only.  


PROMO MECHANICS 


  1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa, Metrobank ICON, and Toyota Platinum Card in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit and Prepaid cards.
  2. Promo will run from March 13 to 15, 2026.
  3. Metrobank credit cardholder will exclusively:
    • PHP 100.00 CASHBACK for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 2,000.
  4. Promo is applicable to all Watsons branches nationwide.  
  5. Cashback rewarding is capped at 1x redemption per customer only regardless of whether customer has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards. For multiple transactions falling within the promo period, only the first qualified transaction will be rewarded.  
  6. Cashback will be automatically rewarded as a credit adjustment to the customer’s statement of account with the transaction description: “Watsons Cashback” within 60 days after the end of the promo period or before May 14, 2026.  
  7. To qualify for the cashback promo, cardholder must have an active account and have no outstanding past due during the period of which the cashback will be rewarded. Otherwise, cashback earned under the promo will be forfeited.  
  8. The minimum purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts (i.e., class discounts, SM Advantage/SM Prestige discounts and other SM discounts)..
  9. The promo is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  10. Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
  11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the offer due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive and shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
  12. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, Watsons shall have no liability.  
  13. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
  14. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
  15. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
  16. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Watsons, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
  17. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
  18. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
