PROMO HIGHLIGHTS

1. What is the promo offer?

   Metrobank credit cardholders will get the following when they shop at all Uniqlo branches nationwide:

   • PHP 500 cashback for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000 on straight transactions only.

   • Cashback is capped at 1x per customer level only

2. What are the qualified cards / credit cards for the promo?

   • all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa

   • Credit cardholder must be of good credit standing only.

3. What are the excluded cards / credit cards for the promo?

   • Promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, and Prepaid cards.

4. What is the promo period and rewarding period?

   • Promo period: December 19, 2025 to December 31, 2025

   • Rewarding is on or before March 1, 2026

5. How do I register in the promo?

   • Registration is not required to qualify for the promo but cardholder must have an active account and have no outstanding past due on the day of the rewarding. Otherwise, cashback earned under this promo will be forfeited.

6. What are the qualified transactions?

   • Cashback is qualified for straight transactions only

   • Cashback is capped at 1x per customer level only

7. How to redeem the cashback?

   • Cashback will be automatically rewarded as a credit adjustment to the customer’s statement of account with the transaction description: “Cashback on Uniqlo Spend”

   • Rewarding of cashback will be on or before March 1, 2026

8. How many cashback can I get?

   • A cardholder can be rewarded 1x only

   • For cardholders with multiple transactions, only the first qualified transaction will qualify.

GENERAL MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, and Prepaid cards.

2. Promo will run from December 19, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

3. Use your Metrobank credit card to enjoy the following:

   • PHP 500 cashbackfor a minimum single-receipt P10,000 on straight transactions only.

4. The minimum purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts (i.e., class discounts, SM Advantage/SM Prestige discounts and other SM discounts).

5. Cashback rewarding per customer level is capped at 1 time only regardless of whether the customer has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards. For multiple transactions falling within the promo period, only the first qualified transaction will be rewarded.

6. Cashback will be automatically rewarded as a credit adjustment to the customer’s statement of account with transaction description: “Cashback on UNIQLO spend” within 60 days after the end of the promo period or on or before March 1, 2026.

7. To qualify for the cashback promo, cardholder must have an active account and have no outstanding past due during the period of which the cashback will be rewarded. Otherwise, cashback earned under this promo will be forfeited.

8. Online transactions via Uniqlo.com, UNIQLO app, and Personal Shopper transactions are excluded from the promo.

9. The promo is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

10. Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the offer due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive and shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

12. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

14. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and UNQLO, with the concurrence of the DTI. UNIQLO agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

15. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

16. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
