Promo Mechanics

1. The 2024 Goals Made Real Promo (“Promo”) is open to all qualified clients who will submit complete Car Loan application documents from March 15 to May 15, 2024 and is extended until June 15, 2024 (“Promo Acceptance Period").

2. To qualify for the promo, clients’ car loan applications should be approved and subsequently booked¹ by August 15, 2024 (“Promo Booking Period”).

   ¹A Car Loan application shall be considered “booked” upon (1) submission of complete documents required from the Dealer; and if applicable, (2) registration of Chattel Mortgage in the Registry of Deeds and submission of Certificate of Registration encumbered in favor of the Bank as stated in the Notice of Approval.

3. Qualified clients shall enjoy the following offers:

   a. Free 1^st year Car Insurance up to PHP 50,000 (for 60-month term only)
   b. Waived Fees of up to PHP 10,000
   c. Low interest rate
   d. Pre-qualification to a Metrobank Toyota Mastercard

4. Eligibility criteria as follows:

   • Application is for purchase or reimbursement of a brand-new car for private use only.
   • Loan term should be at least 36 months.
   • Loan amount should be at least PHP 700,000.
   • Mode of payment is via Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA). Client should have or must open a savings or current account with any Metrobank Branch.

   Free 1st year Car Insurance

5. Accounts booked under the promo with a loan term of 60 months will be eligible for a free 1st year car insurance from AXA Philippines (AXA).

6. The offer will cover up to PHP 50,000 of the car insurance premium. Any excess shall be shouldered by the client.

7. Car insurance application must be approved by AXA.

8. Client availing the promo shall renew their AXA car insurance coverage for the entire duration of the loan through annual lock-in payment option.

   Waived Fees

9. Fees waived up to PHP 10,000.00 are limited only to Chattel Mortgage Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and Notarial Fee. The maximum amount of fee waiver will depend on the actual cost of aforementioned inclusions but shall not exceed PHP 10,000.00.

10. All other loan related fees, such as but not limited to appraisal fee and handling fee, are not eligible for the waived fees offer and shall be shouldered by the client.

    Low Interest Rates

11. Applicable interest rates shall be as follows:

12. The credit card offer may only be availed by individual loan borrowers.

13. The credit card offer may be presented to either principal loan borrower or co-borrower as principal credit card holder but not be availed simultaneously by both borrowers. The other loan borrower may apply as supplementary card credit card holder.

    ²Pre-qualification means that client has met the basic eligibility requirements of Metrobank.

    Promo Lock-in conditions:

14. The loan availed under this promo is subject to a lock-in period equivalent to the entire term of the loan.

15. During the lock-in period, the client:
    a. Shall not request for amendment of the originally approved interest rate and loan term.
    b. Shall pay the loan amortizations on time and maintain the account in current status throughout the entire loan term.
    c. Shall not sell, mortgage, dispose or convert to public utility the vehicle acquired under the promo while the loan is outstanding.

16. Client availing the free insurance offer shall renew their AXA Car Insurance coverage for the entire duration of the loan through annual lock-in payment option.

17. In case of violation of any of the above conditions regardless of the timing in relation to the term of the loan, Metrobank will charge the total Chattel Mortgage Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), Notarial Fee, and free 1st year car insurance shouldered by the Bank.
