Other Terms and Conditions:

i. Non D-coded items and N-coded items are not included in the promo.

ii. The promo code can be used multiple times within the promo period for online transactions.

iii. Promo is not applicable on installment transactions.

iv. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum purchase requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card through Fully Booked’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal for in-store transactions or upon online checkout.

v. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit or debit cards.

vi. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

vii. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any offer, sale, and ongoing promos of Fully Booked and Metrobank.

All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. shipping fee and taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder, unless otherwise provided.

By participating in the promo, cardholders agree that their personal data (e.g. name, address, card information, etc.) will be shared to, collected, stored and/or processed by Fully Booked, in accordance with its Confidentiality, Data Privacy Policy, Security Policy, Terms of Use, and other relevant policies and terms and conditions, and is subject further to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173)

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

The use of the Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the offer or incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Fully Booked with the concurrence of the DTI.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions and Metrobank’s Privacy Policy.
