a. Freshen up, unwind, and indulge yourself while transiting via Incheon International Airport with Asiana Airlines FREE TRANSIT LOUNGE Access to the Sky Hub Lounge or Matina Lounge by participating on this event.

b. FREE transit lounge access eligibility:

• Flights Travel Period: Aug 1 – Dec 31, 2025

• Applicable for passengers with Asiana Airlines flights tickets originating from the Philippines and transferring via Incheon International Airport with an onward flight within 24 hours (NO CODE SHARE FLIGHTS ALLOWED).

• Tickets must be purchased via Asiana Airlines Philippines Ticketing Office/Online and Travel Agencies bases in the Philippines. Only tickets issued during the promotion period and within the specified travel period will be considered eligible for this promotion.

c. How to claim FREE transit lounge vouchers:

• After purchasing the ticket, passenger should send an email at least 5 business days prior to the departure date indicating the following information:

• The Sky Hub Lounge or Matina Lounge voucher is on a first-come, first-served basis. d. Other Terms and Conditions:

• The voucher is only valid for Asiana Airlines ticket from Philippines with more than 4 hours transit time at Incheon International Airport. ‘Transit’ is defined as boarding on a flight to the final destination within 24 hours upon arrival.

• The lounge can be used for a maximum of three (3) hours. After that a surcharge will be imposed.

• The voucher is non-transferable and is valid only on registered flight.

• One voucher admits one person only and can only be used once for one way or roundtrip flight. Either outbound or inbound.

• Number of e-vouchers to be distributed is only limited

• Once you enter the event and win the voucher, you will receive a confirmation email.

• In case of rebooking, please inform us ahead of time to change the booking details.

Rebooking / Cancellation:

a. Rebooking and cancellation of tickets shall be subject to the specific fare conditions applicable to the ticket purchased by the Passenger. Certain fare types may prohibit rebooking and/or cancellation in accordance with airline-imposed restrictions. Where rebooking is permitted, the Passenger shall be liable to pay all applicable rebooking fees as stipulated in the relevant fare rules.

b. A “no-show” penalty shall be imposed in the event the Passenger fails to cancel a confirmed booking prior to the scheduled departure time or fails to present themselves for boarding after completing check-in. Any request for itinerary changes or refunds shall be subject to the applicable reissue or refund fees in accordance with the governing fare rules.

c. All approved refunds shall be processed exclusively to the original form of payment used by the Passenger. In cases where a fare difference arises as a result of itinerary changes, the refund processing period may be extended until the settlement of such fare difference.

d. For certain discounted fare types, one-way cancellations and/or refunds are expressly prohibited under the applicable fare rules. In such cases, no refund of the base fare shall be made; however, the Passenger shall be entitled to a refund of the fuel surcharge and applicable taxes attributable to the unused flight segment.
