The Metrobank 61st Anniversary Promo shall run from September 5 to 30 (“Promo Period”).

The promo is open to account holders of Metrobank whose email addresses are registered* with Metrobank as of June 30, 2023.
*To receive communications about this promo, accountholder must ensure that the email address registered with the bank is updated and active. Qualified customers who will receive an email from Metrobank with the instructions on how to opt in to the promo will be entitled to one (1) PHP 300 or one (1) PHP 500 SM Gift Pass.

Eligible customers are required to opt in to the promo from September 5-10 (“opt-in period”) and do EITHER of the following banking transactions from September 11-30 (“transaction period”):
a. Purchase online or in-store for a minimum of PHP 6,100 using the Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard to get a PHP 300 SM Gift Pass
b. Deposit an initial placement of PHP 61,000 in Online Time Deposit to get a PHP 500 SM Gift Pass -
Customers with valid transactions will receive a confirmation email from Metrobank between October 11 to 17, 2023 with the voucher code and details on how to claim the SM Gift Pass.
Redemption Mechanics
To claim the gift pass, qualified Metrobank accountholders must present the confirmation email from Metrobank with the voucher code at the Bills Payment counter of any SM Store nationwide from October 18 to December 18, 2023 (“Redemption Period”).
- Only account holders who will receive an email about the Metrobank 61st Anniversary promo and opted in to the promo will qualify.
- Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard Conditions:
a. The offer is valid for online or in-store debit card purchase of at least PHP 6,100 in a single receipt.
b. Withdrawals, buy load, and other non-purchase transactions made through Metrobank ATM, Metrobank Online, and Metrobank Mobile Banking are excluded from the offer. - Online Time Deposit Conditions
a. Accountholders without existing time deposit placements must do an initial placement of at least PHP 61,000 in Online Time Deposit via Metrobank Online within the promo period.
b. The funds must be kept in the account until the end of the validation period on October 11, 2023. - Regardless of the number of valid Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard and Online Time Deposit transactions within the promo period, an accountholder will be entitled to one (1) gift pass and one (1) redemption only.
- Redemptions without the email confirmation and voucher code from Metrobank will not be honored.
- All unredeemed gift passes from the promo shall be forfeited after the Redemption Period.
- The Offer is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash or any other product. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
