The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Prime Debit, Prepaid and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

   a. 0% Installment and Shop Now, Pay Later:

   • 0% installment is available up to 12-month installment terms only.
   • Shop Now, Pay Later term is available up to 90 days.
   • Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
   • All installment purchases are subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
   • All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid only if monthly dues are paid in full.

   b. General Terms and Conditions:

   • Promo is available for in-store transactions only.
   • Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit card through Orogem Jewellers’ Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
   • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.
   • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

7. The promo cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items.

8. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

9. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions.

10. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

11. The Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

12. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Orogem Jewellers with the concurrence of the DTI. Orogem Jewellers agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

13. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI.

14. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
