Promo Mechanics

  1. The 2025 Travel the World with Metrobank Raffle Promo (“Promo”) shall run from June 23, 2025 to October 31, 2025 (“Promo Period” or “Card Application Period) only.

  2. The Promo is open to newly approved and qualified principal Metrobank credit cardholders (“Cardholders") who: a. Have applied and submitted complete application requirements via the Kaskasan Buddies affiliate link within the Promo Period and were subsequently approved for the following credit card types:

    • Titanium Mastercard
    • Toyota Mastercard
    • Platinum Mastercard
    • World Mastercard
    • Travel Signature Visa
    • Rewards Plus Visa
    • Cashback Visa
    • MFree Mastercard

    b. Do not have an existing or cancelled principal credit card issued by Metrobank and have not had one in the last six (6) months.

  3. All credit card shall be subject to Metrobank’s final approval and applicable terms and conditions. Cardholders shall be notified of the credit decision via SMS or email. The Cardholder and co-obligor, if any, hereby authorizes Metrobank to issue, at its discretion, the appropriate credit card product/s in case they are qualified for membership after due credit evaluation has been done.

  4. A cardholder will automatically earn the corresponding e-raffle entry for every approved card application based on their approved credit card. The corresponding number of e-raffle entry based on the credit is as follows:

    • Metrobank World MasterCard= 2 e-raffle entry
    • Metrobank Platinum MasterCard= 2 e-raffle entry
    • Metrobank Travel Signature Visa= 2- e-raffle entry
    • Metrobank Titanium MasterCard= 1 e-raffle entry
    • Metrobank Toyota MasterCard= 1 e-raffle entry
    • Metrobank M-Free MasterCard= 1- e-raffle entry
    • Metrobank Rewards Plus Visa = 1 e-raffle entry
    • Metrobank Cashback Visa= 1 e-raffle entry

  5. The Metrobank Credit Card Application Period, Cut-off Period, Number of Winners, and Prizes for each electronic Raffle Draw are as follows:

  6. An SMS notification of the earned e-raffle entries will be sent by Metrobank to the mobile number on record of the qualified Cardholder.

  7. The promo incentive is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash and other products or incentive.

  8. The actual ticket will not be issued. Instead, the equivalent PAL miles will be credited directly to the qualified cardholder’s Mabuhay Miles account. Metrobank will endorse the winner to a PAL representative who will assist the winner in claiming their prize. Once endorsed to the PAL representative, it will be the winner’s responsibility to coordinate with the PAL representative to claim their prize.

  9. Winners will be drawn using Randomizer.org at the Metrobank Card Center, Ayala Avenue, Makati City in the presence of a DTI Representative, and to be witnessed by Metrobank and Kaskasan Buddies representatives.

  10. A qualified Cardholder can only win once during the Promo Period. The qualified Cardholder’s winning raffle entry will be validated against Metrobank’s records.

    NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING OF PRIZES

  11. Winners will be notified via SMS/Viber and registered mail/or e-mail to the Cardholder’s registered mobile number and/or email on record within fifteen (15) banking days from the Raffle Draw Date.

  12. The winners will be announced and posted on Kaskasan Buddies (KKB) social media channels and community page.

  13. Winners will be given 60 working days from notification date to claim the prize. After the said period, unclaimed prize/s will be forfeited in favor of Metrobank with prior approval of DTI.

  14. To claim the raffle prize, the winner must provide Metrobank the following:

    a. Notarized Quit Claim Form

    b. Scanned copy of one (1) photo-bearing valid government-issued ID

    c. Mabuhay Miles membership ID / number

    d. Email Address linked to Mabuhay miles account

  15. The winner should be in good credit standing with Metrobank at the time of claiming of the prize.

  16. The winner must submit a screenshot of the winner notification they received from Metrobank to customerservice@metrobankcard.com to claim their prize.

  17. The winner authorizes Metrobank and Kaskasan Buddies to disclose and publish his/her full name, photos, videos in connection with this promo for marketing purposes and waives any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on KKB’s social media pages.

  18. Should there be any change/s in the cardholder’s Metrobank-registered mobile number, it is the responsibility of the Cardholder to update his/her contact information by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700.

    OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  19. Employees of Metrobank, including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity, and Kaskasan Buddies are disqualified to join the raffle.

  20. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from further participation in this Promo if the Cardholder is delinquent, defaults in his/her payment or, if in Metrobank’s judgment, the said Cardholder has violated these Terms and Conditions and/or the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of his/her Metrobank credit card.

  21. Metrobank will no longer accommodate Cardholder’s requests for re-sending of the confirmation message due to reasons such as, but not limited to, the following:

    a. The message was sent successfully to the principal Cardholder, but was accidentally or purposely deleted by the Cardholder, members of his/her family or friends or due to any upgrading or reformatting done to the Cardholder’s device; or

    b. Lost, stolen, or defective device; or

    c.The message was sent successfully to the principal Cardholder’s mobile number maintained in Metrobank’s database during the Promo and Redemption Period, but the number is no longer in use and the Cardholder failed to update Metrobank.

    Cardholders may contact Metrobank’s Customer Service Hotline at (02)88-700-700 to request for validation of the message.

  22. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or prize redemption shall be resolved by Metrobank, at its discretion, with the concurrence of the DTI. All inquiries and disputes related to the Promo must be submitted no later than December 31, 2025. Beyond this period, Metrobank will no longer accept or process any claims.

  23. All issues relating to Mabuhay Miles shall be resolved by Philippine Airlines, with the concurrence of DTI.

  24. The use of the Metrobank Card in connection with the Promo is subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions.

  25. By joining or availing of this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and these Terms and Conditions.
