Earn raffle entries when you use your Metrobank Visa credit card from June 25 to September 14, 2025.

  • Five (5) raffle entries when you apply and get approved for a Metrobank Travel Signature Visa.

PROMO HIGHLIGHTS

  • Registration: The principal cardholder will receive an SMS or Viber message blast containing the registration process at the start of the promo period. Once received, the principal cardholder must register and follow the steps below:

    a. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift

    b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database

    c. In the Available Promos section, click “2025 MAMA Awards” and enter your mobile number to register in the promo

    d. An SMS confirming successful registration will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.

    New-to-bank credit card applicants must use their mobile number at the time of the application.

  • Qualified Transactions: Includes all domestic / local card present transactions or straight retail transactions such as purchases at groceries, department stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, and all cross border / international card present transactions only.

  • Change in Mobile Number: If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changed and/or updated his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

  • Visual Tracker and Redemption: Metrobank under “MCC” sender name will send the SMS notification for the qualified transaction and cardholders can check their total raffle entries at https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift starting July 3, 2025 and will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted and verified in the Metrobank system.

  • Promo Period: The promo period is from June 25 to September 14, 2025 only.

  • Raffle Draw: The raffle draw will be on September 28, 2025 and will be announced via Metrobank Card’s social media pages. Winners will be notified via SMS/e-mail, registered mail or call-out by Metrobank.

  1. The Promotion is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa, Metrobank Vantage Visa, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Peso Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

  2. The promo period is from June 25, 2025 to September 14, 2025 only.

  3. Qualified principal cardholder will get a chance to watch MAMA Awards in Kai Tak Stadium Hong Kong from November 27 to 30, 2025 and win the following:

  4. Qualified cardholders may earn raffle entries through:

    * Application must be approved by Metrobank within the card application period.

    * Applicable to newly approved and qualified principal Metrobank Travel Signature Visa credit cardholder who:

    * Have applied and submitted complete application requirements within the card application period.

    * Do not have existing or cancelled principal credit card issued by Metrobank and have not has one in the last six months prior to the promo period.

    * All qualified approved applicants will be auto registered in the raffle. List generation will be performed on a weekly basis.

    * Valid for card application across all Metrobank acquisition channels.

    * Applicable to Metrobank Travel Signature Visa credit card application only.

    Ten (10) raffle entries for any cross border / international card present transactions for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000. Transaction period is from June 25 to September 14, 2025 only.

    Valid for any cross border / international card present transactions for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000.

    Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Cardholders splitting transactions to earn more raffle entries may be excluded in the promo and raffle.

  5. To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank credit card’s database and is required to register in the promo. No or late registration will not qualify for the raffle.

  6. If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

  7. To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register from June 25 to September 14, 2025 and must follow the registration process stated in number 5 promo mechanics. No confirmatory SMS means the registration is not successful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the SMS confirming successful registration.

    Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.

  8. A registered cardholder will start earning a raffle entry/ies for his or her qualified transaction/s once registration is successful. As long as cardholder is registered within the promo period, transaction/s made before the successful registration as long as registered will be included in computing the total accumulated spend.

  9. Supplementary cardholder/s is/are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.

  10. By completing cardholders’ registration, he or she agrees that his personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

  11. A visual transaction and tracker where the qualified transaction/s and raffle entr/ies will be available to registered cardholders starting by July 3, 2025. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker which will be updated once every week or within 7 to 10 business days after the transaction has been posted in Metrobank system. Metrobank will no longer send token SMS with links in compliance with the BSP Memorandum No. M-2022-015.

  12. “Qualified Transactions” includes all domestic / local card present transactions or straight retail transactions such as purchases at groceries, department stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, and all cross border / international card present transactions only.

  13. “Non-Qualified Transactions” includes other transactions not stated in number 12 promo mechanics, such as PayNow, Send Monday, Merchant Installment, Shop Now, Pay Later, eCommerce / online transactions made local and international, PayBills, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database are excluded from this promotion.

  14. Terms and Conditions on 2025 MAMA Awards Experience

    • The electronic raffle draw will be on September 28, 2025 10AM. Qualified transactions of the registered customers for this raffle is from June 25 to September 14, 2025 only (refer to promo mechanics #4 for the full details). It will be virtually held with the presence of a representative from DTI, Giftaway, and Metrobank. Winners will be announced via Metrobank Card’s social media pages and will be notified via e-mail or call-out by Metrobank within 5 banking days after electronic raffle draw.

    • Once notified, the winner must confirm and provide the necessary details within 3 banking days or no later than October 13, 2025 in time for the 2025 MAMA Awards Experience from November 27 to 30, 2025. If there is no response from the winner within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and will be awarded to a back-up winner upon prior approval from DTI.

    • Cardholder agrees that his or her personal information shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Metrobank’s service provide, Giftaway.

    • Winners may only win once and agrees to be featured in our social media platform (Facebook and Instagram).

    • Winners of the raffle draw must present the followings to claim the prize:

      • One (1) valid and unexpired Government ID
      • An active and valid passport with at least 6 months validity from November 27, 2025.
      • Qualified Metrobank Visa credit card
    • Winners and his or her companion age should be 15 years old and above.

    • Metrobank and Visa will not allow to change to prizes to cash prizes or any form. It should be claimed via the prizes stated in promo mechanics #3.

    • A representative may claim the price on behalf of the winner provided he / she presents the following:

      • One (1) valid and unexpired Government ID;
      • Winner’s valid and unexpired Government ID; and
      • Notarized and signed authorization letter
    • The 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 will be shouldered by Metrobank.

    • After receiving the notification from Metrobank, our partners from Visa Philippines will directly coordinate with the winner regarding the trip schedule and details. The winner should travel from November 27 to 30, 2025 only in time for the 2025 MAMA Awards. Metrobank and Visa will not allow to change the flight details.

    • Terms and conditions for the flights:

      • Economy flights are non-changeable and non-refundable, and non-transferrable once ticketed.
      • Flights shall be delivered by international carriers/airlines as available.
      • The dates of the flights shall be determined by Metrobank and Visa. No rebooking or change of dates
      • Only the cost of flights are covered. Excludes other costs related to travel such as passport / travel visa processing, room incidentals, travel insurance, additional baggage costs beyond allocated baggage weight, terminal fees, and incidental expenses while in transit, etc.
      • All other ancillary costs, except those stated above, incurred by the winner will be the responsibility of the winner.
      • The winner shall be responsible for any (if any) additional costs and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the winner’s claiming and/or acceptance of the prize.
    • Visa’s travel agency partner will process the trip package and the customer will agree to provide his or her personal information to the said travel agency.

    • Tickets to the 2025 MAMA Awards Experience, whether awarded as a prize and/or included as part of a promotion, must be accepted as awarded and are subject to all the applicable terms and conditions prescribed for such tickets from time to time by the MAMA Awards Committee. Such terms and conditions are contained in the Ticketing Terms and Conditions of Sale of Tickets and include prohibitions against any use of the ticket in connection with any commercial promotion or contest without the consent of the organizing committee and the unauthorised sale of the ticket. By accepting tickets as a prize and/or as part of a promotion, the holder is deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions.

    • The winners should use his or her Metrobank Visa credit card for the entire trip as long as the establishments can accept cards.

    • By claiming the prize, the winner grants Metrobank and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs and videos in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Website, or social media pages.

  15. Deadline of raffle entries is on 11:59 PM, September 14, 2025. The time stamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis to identify the qualified transactions.

  16. Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.

  17. Any unclaimed tickets(s) shall be forfeited to Metrobank. Metrobank will not entertain special requests for ticket pickup or delivery.

  18. Metrobank will not accommodate request of cardholder to cancel, reverse or applied to other incentive or reward once a valid redemption is made. All redemption will be considered final. It’s the cardholder obligation to make sure that his or her preferred incentive is correct.

  19. Employees of Metrobank, Visa and other third party agenc/ies of Metrobank and Visa including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join.

  20. Customer who claim the prize agrees to free Metobank from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of Metrobank. Metrobank shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, Metrobank shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.

  21. In exchange for being allowed to participate in the promotion, each winner/recipient hereby releases and forever discharges and agrees to indemnify the Visa Parties from any and all claims, demands, rights, expenses, actions, and causes of action, of whatever kind (collectively, “Claims”), arising from or by reason of any personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, or the consequences thereof, whether foreseeable or not, resulting from or in any way connected with his or her participation in the promotion. The winner/recipient further covenants and agrees that for the consideration stated above, he or she will hold forever harmless and will not take legal action against any Visa Party for any claim for damages arising or growing out of his or her participation in the promotion whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  22. A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank Visa credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the incentive. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.

  23. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  24. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

  25. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

  26. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
