<li>In-business: Profitable business operation for the past 3 years</li>
<li>Credit history: Good credit history with no negative findings</li>
<li>Collateral: Property used as collateral must be residential</li>

<li>For Individual Applicants in Business:&nbsp;

<li>If Corporation: SEC Registration AND Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, AND Updated GIS with names of Shareholders and Senior Management</li>
<li>Latest six (6) months bank statements&nbsp;</li>
<li>If loan exposure &gt; 3MM: Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) AND 2 years Audited Financial Statements&nbsp;</li>

What happens after the fixing period? 
Your loan will be re-priced at the end of the initial fixing period. This means the interest rate on your loan will adjust based on prevailing market rates at that time.
What is the maximum term and loanable amount for a Home Loan?&nbsp;&nbsp;
