Debit Cards

Via branch

  • Fill out the application form
  • Submit 1 primary valid ID (e.g., passport, driver's license)
  • Get your debit card on the same day

Via online channels

  • Open an eSavings account through Metrobank App
  • Send email to request debit card and mention your preferred branch for pick up
  • Get your debit card in your preferred branch

Credit Cards

Requirements

  • Age: Must be between 18 to 70 years old
  • Income: Minimum annual income of ₱180,000, depending on the bank card type
  • Employment: At least six months of employment or two years if self-employed
  • Identification: Primary valid ID (e.g., passport, driver's license)
  • Contact Numbers: Active landline and mobile numbers

How to apply

  • Complete the online application form
  • Upload required documents
  • Wait for processing, typically 2-3 weeks

How to open

  • Complete the Prepaid Card application form at a Metrobank branch
  • Submit a primary valid ID with your photo and signature
