Interest payments for treasury notes are paid in advance rather than in arrears. At maturity, these notes have a redemption price of 100% of their face value.

  • Standard Business Loan Application Form (SBLAF) - Individual

For Partnership

  • Valid government-issued photo IDs of authorized signatories
  • Registration papers with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
  • Articles of Co-Partnership
  • Partnership Resolution to Open a Basic Business Checking Account

For Unincorporated Accounts

  • Valid government-issued photo IDs of authorized signatories
  • Articles of Association, Constitution and/or By-laws
  • Original Secretary's Certificate of Board Resolution preferably with the associate’s seal and duly notarized
  • SEC Certificate of Registration or Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) registration
  • Notarized Information Sheet (for Homeowners’ Association) and General Information Sheet (GIS)
