Each winner will be notified via SMS and letter using their mobile number and address registered with the bank.
Redemption of Treats
Once the SMS notification has been received from Metrobank, the winner may simply present the SMS with the Treats code to the participating The Travel Club store for verification.
The winner must inform the store frontliner that s/he want to claim Treats.
Item/s purchased using Treats will only be released after the code has been verified by the store.
If the purchase price exceeds the value of Treats, the excess amount will have to be paid by the winner. If the Treats are redeemed for less than PHP 5,000, the excess amount will no longer be valid or carried over in the next purchase.
