Pay Bills Terms & Conditions

1. Pay Bills credit card as source service is applicable only to principal cardholders in good standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Corporate Cards, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, NCCC Mastercard, Cashback Visa and Travel Platinum Visa.

2. Pay Bills credit card as source service is not applicable to Metrobank ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Card.

3. To avail of this service, download the NEW Metrobank App. All transactions are subject to Metrobank’s credit evaluation and approval.

4. All cardholders are required to update their mobile numbers with Metrobank to avail of Pay Bills credit card as source service in the NEW Metrobank App.

5. The cardholder is required to provide the 16-digit credit card number and One-Time Password (OTP) provided to the cardholder’s mobile number in the Metrobank Mobile App.

6. The cardholder is responsible for the OTP provided as part of the service authentication and verification process once entered in the NEW Metrobank App Pay Bills credit card as source service. Metrobank will NEVER ask you to share your OTP for your Pay Bills credit card as source transaction with ANYONE. Only you should encode it using authorized Metrobank channels to confirm your Pay Bills transactions. NOTE: NEVER SHARE YOUR ONE-TIME PASSWORD (OTP) TO ANYONE.

7. Delivery of One-Time-Password and SMS notifications may be subject to delay due to traffic over the mobile service network of your mobile service provider. Metrobank shall not be liable for any loss, damages arising out of any interruption or delays due to any failure or delay of the mobile service network.

8. Metrobank may, at its sole discretion and without notice to the Card Member, implement daily transaction limits on credit card Pay Bills transactions.

9. Ensure that all details required to process the Pay Bills credit card as source request are accomplished (example: Biller name, subscriber/account number) and the amount is complete and accurate. No refunds or cancellations are allowed once the request has been successfully processed and charged to your Metrobank credit card.

10. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back. Should the cardholder avail the Pa yBills credit card as source service but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the Pay Bills credit card as source transaction shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.
