Metrobank Toyota  Card  Rebates and Rewards Program

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOYOTA MASTERCARD DOUBLE REWARDS

  1. The Metrobank Toyota Mastercard Double Rewards program is open to all principal and supplementary Metrobank Toyota Mastercard credit cardholders (“Card Member”) only.

  2. The Card Member shall earn Rewards Points for all transactions made using his/her Metrobank Toyota Mastercard excluding but not limited to, cash advances, Cash2Go Installment, Balance Transfer, Conversion to Installment, PayBills, PayNow, and all others types of fees and penalties such as annual fees, interest and finance charges, late payment charges, etc.

  3. Card Members shall earn two (2) Rewards Points for every P20 spend at the Card Member’s preferred Toyota dealer and swiped at Metrobank’s point-of-sale (POS) terminals.

  4. Rewards Points earned by a supplementary Card Member shall automatically be credited to the principal Card Member’s account. A supplementary Card Member’s nominated preferred Toyota dealer must be the same as principal Card Member’s nominated preferred Toyota dealer to earn double Rewards Points for transactions made at the said Toyota dealer.

  5. Rewards Points earned will be automatically credited to the Card Member’s account within two (2) statement cycles from the date of qualified purchase.

  6. Converted Rewards Points shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

  7. Rewards Points earned from the program can be exchanged from rewards items specified in the relevant Rewards Catalog, applied as payment for annual fees, converted to air miles or donated to charity by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 or 1-800-1888- 5775 (domestic toll-free).

  8. Rewards Points are only redeemable by the Card Member if the account is active and remains in good credit standing.

  9. Unused points will be forfeited after voluntary or involuntary cancellation of the Metrobank Toyota Mastercard.

  10. All questions and disputes regarding eligibility of Rewards Points for redemption of rewards will be resolved by Metrobank at its sole discretion.

  11. The current Metrobank Card Rewards Catalog Terms and Conditions shall apply in the accumulation, duration and redemption of Rewards Points earned from the program. The terms and conditions may be modified by Metrobank in its sole discretion from time to time upon at least sixty (60) days’ prior notice, unless otherwise directed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, existing laws, rules and regulations. Card Member shall be responsible in informing the co‐obligor (if any) of these Terms and Conditions.

  12. Metrobank reserves the right to change the types of transactions and or amount of Rewards Points, categories which are eligible for Rewards Points or suspend, cancel or discontinue the program with prior notice.

  13. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back. Should a cardholder receive the Rewards Points, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the program due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the Rewards Points shall be charged by Metrobank to the Card Member’s credit card account.

  14. Any dispute concerning the products or services of Toyota under this program shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the respective Toyota dealer. Metrobank shall not be responsible for any liability in the event of such dispute.

  15. The use of the Metrobank Toyota Mastercard is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Metrobank Credit Cards.

  16. By using the Metrobank Toyota Mastercard under this program, the Card Member acknowledges that he/she has read, fully understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - 10% DISCOUNTS AT TOYOTA DEALERS FOR TOYOTA MASTERCARD

  1. The discount is open to all principal and supplementary Metrobank Toyota Mastercard credit cardholders in good credit standing* only (“Cardholder”).

  2. The Cardholder is entitled to a 10% discount on genuine parts, accessories, and labor at all Toyota dealers nationwide. The vehicle must be registered to in the Cardholder’s name in order to qualify for the discount.

  3. The 10% discount is not applicable on the following:

    a. Tires and non-genuine batteries
    b. 0% deferred payment transactions
    c. Insurance claimed repairs deductible and betterment allowance for parts

  4. The discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other ongoing discounts, promos and programs such as but not limited to Toyota Sure Service and fleet account discount programs.

  5. Metrobank reserves the right to change the types of eligible products or services, discount rate, and other conditions or suspend, cancel or discontinue the discount program with prior notice.

  6. The terms and conditions may be modified by Metrobank in its sole discretion from time to time, and any such change is deemed to be binding on the Cardholder upon at least sixty (60) days’ prior notice, unless otherwise directed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, existing laws, rules and regulations. Cardholder shall be responsible in informing the co-obligor (if any) of these terms and conditions.

  7. Any changes in these terms and conditions, the eligible transactions and discount rate, among others, shall be communicated to Cardholders via the following channels:

    a. Cardholder’s Statement of Account (SOA); or
    b. The Metrobank and Metrobank Card websites (www.metrobank.com.ph and www.metrobankcard.com)

    It shall be the Cardholder’s responsibility to regularly check Metrobank’s official websites and other official channels for any changes or announcements related to the Metrobank Toyota Mastercard, other Metrobank credit cards and Metrobank’s Privacy Policy. The Cardholder’s continued use of the Metrobank Toyota Mastercard shall constitute his/her acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended.

  8. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back. Should the Cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of these terms and conditions due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount and shall be charged by Metrobank to the Cardholder’s credit card account.

    * Good credit standing refers to Cardholders whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose Metrobank credit cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Metrobank Credit Cards.

Terms and Conditions – 3% Fuel Rebate for Toyota Mastercard

  1. The Fuel Rebate Program is open to all principal and supplementary Metrobank Toyota Mastercard credit cardholders in good credit standing* only (“Card Member”).

  2. The Card Member is entitled to a 3% rebate for fuel purchases made at any Petron stations nationwide.

  3. The rebate shall automatically be credited to the principal Toyota Mastercard cardholders’ account in the next statement cycle immediately succeeding the statement cycle where the fuel transactions were posted.

  4. The rebates earned per fuel transaction in the previous statement cycle will be accumulated before crediting and posting to cardholder’s next Statement of Account (SOA) as Fuel Rebates.

  5. Each Card Member will have an annual capping on fuel rebates of P15,000 per calendar year only. The annual cap shall include the rebates earned by the Principal Card Member and his/her Supplementary Card Member/s, if any.

  6. The rebate may be availed by Card Members who use their Metrobank Toyota Mastercard to purchase fuel for private consumption only and not for commercial use. Metrobank reserves the right to exclude any single or set of transactions from the computation of the fuel rebate/s or reverse any previously credited rebates if the transaction/s was/were unauthorized, fraudulent or entered into in violation of this provision.

  7. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify any Card Member from further participation in this the Fuel Rebate Program and forfeit all rebates earned by the Card Member if the credit card account is past due, suspended, cancelled, over limit or, if in Metrobank’s judgment, the Card Member has violated these Terms & Conditions and/or the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Metrobank Credit Cards.

  8. Decisions made by Metrobank will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants.

  9. Metrobank reserves the right to change the types of transactions, rebate rates, list of merchant partners, categories which are eligible for rebates or suspend, cancel or discontinue the Fuel Rebate Program with prior notice.

  10. The terms and conditions may be modified by Metrobank in its sole discretion from time to time, and any such change is deemed to be binding on the Card Member upon at least sixty (60) days’ prior notice, unless otherwise directed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, existing laws, rules and regulations. Card Member shall be responsible in informing the co-obligor (if any) of these Terms and Conditions.
