Metrobank is named as one of Asia's best employers

Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. was recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work For In Asia at the recent HR Asia Awards. Among the 23 companies that were awarded in the Philippines, Metrobank has the largest workforce with almost 13,000 employees in over 700 branches in the country.

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards is held every year to honor companies who implement outstanding employer practices and to set the standards for employee engagement and workplace excellence in Asia. Site auditors from the award-giving body, Business Media International, visited each of the chosen companies and appraised their Human Resources policies, programs, and practices, as well as their overall company culture. Employees from all levels were likewise interviewed.
