WalterMart All Cards Promo

PROMO MECHANICS:

1. The Promo is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Metrobank PRIME, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cardholders in good standing. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard.

2. The promo period is from August 1 to 31, 2021 only.

3. Qualified cardholders who shop any Walter Mart Supermarket branches, Walter Mart Grocery Delivery app, or website can get one (1) FREE Nestle Family Bonding Package for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P4,000.

4. To redeem and avail of the premium item for WalterMart Supermarket branches:

• Present the original receipt from Walter Mart Supermarket or through WalterMart Grocery Delivery (with minimum single receipt of P4,000)
• Charge Slip:

        - Must be original and not photocopied.

        - Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate / Merchant / Bank Copy will not be accepted).

        - Card number printed on the charge slip should match the credit card number of the card present.

        - Transaction date must be within the promo period.

        - Charge slip will be collected by the Walter Mart Customer Service representative grocery delivery personnel upon release of the free item/s.

        - Cardholders without original charge slip/s or with charge slip/s that are faded and/or unreadable will not be accepted.

        - The cardholder may redeem the free premium item only at the Walter Mart Supermarket where the transaction was made.

        - Only one (1) redemption per qualified charge slip / transaction slip is allowed.

        - Cardholder is only allowed a maximum of three (3) redemptions per day, per store. However, charge slips must be transacted during different dates to be qualified for the maximum number of redemption.

        - For multiple charge slips generated from a single branch made within the same day, only one qualified charge slip will be accepted for redemption per cardholder even if he has more than one qualified charge slip. WalterMart Supermarket reserves the right to refuse acceptance of multiple charge slip redemptions if found disputing with mechanics.

5. To redeem and avail of the premium item for WalterMart Delivery website and mobile app:

• Visit www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph or WalterMart Deliver app.
• Shop for your grocery needs and reach the minimum spend of P4,000.
• Enter the promo code: WMFREENESTLE upon checkout.

        - Online orders for delivery is valid within Makati, North Edsa, Visayas Avenue, Pasay, Sucat, Dasmarinas, Taytay, Tagaytay, Carmona, Gen. Trias, Cabuyao, Tanauan, Sta. Maria, Nasugbu, San Fernando, Gapan, Cabanatuan, Malolos, E. Rodriguez, and Antipolo.

        - Promo is valid for one-time use only.

        - For orders paid online, Walter Mart Delivery Head Office shall verify payment status and card used. The premium item will be delivered together with the grocery items only if payment is successful using Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card.

        - For credit or debit card payment upon delivery, the rider has to check if the card used is qualified for the promo and collect the charge slip before release of the premium item.

        - All delivery personnel shall carry a redemption log sheet. Upon delivery, the cardholder must sign as proof that the premium item is received. The rider shall put ‘Claimed Gift’ on the invoice.

6. Cardholders cannot exchange premium item once availed. The FREE Nestle Family Bonding Package cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.

7. Splitting purchases into smaller transactions to avail of the promo is not allowed. Cardholder will be allowed to make an approved transaction only once per day.

8. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the program period. Should the cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the discount due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account.

9. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

10. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Walter Mart Supermarket with the concurrence of the DTI.

11. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.
