Meaningful Banking continues to thrive in the new normal with the inauguration of the new Metrobank Legazpi Marison branch in Albay. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Metrobank was able to expand its branch network with an aim to serve more customers in Southern Luzon.
“While we live in uncertain times, the Bank wants to ensure customers that we have continued support to their financial needs. We aim to be with them and to guide them in their financial journey,” said Metrobank South Luzon Region Head, Randell Victoriano.
Metrobank Area Head for Bicol and Quezon Province, Maria Celeste Lasala (extreme right); and Legazpi Marison Branch Head, Carlos Rosana (fifth from left) led the grand opening. They are joined by (from left): Marison Hotel owners, Emily Uy, Johnson Uy, and Daisy Uy; and Bishop Joel Baylon.
“The celebration is simple yet meaningful, with all attendees adhering to proper health and safety measures by wearing facemasks and by observing physical distancing. This ceremony may be unlike those that we had in the past when big social gatherings are still permitted, but the excitement and discipline of our Metrobankers, guests, and customers give us the confidence that our banking service in Albay will flourish,” Victoriano concluded.
Moreover, as with all other branches of the Bank, regular disinfection and sanitation of premises are implemented to ensure the health and safety of clients and employees.
